As a young man, Ross Lundin had a horrible injustice laid upon him. The vicious arch-villain Aphrentis destroyed his home, family, and his dignity. He had no place to live, nobody to love, and nothing to call his own. The only thing that survived the savage wreckage of Aphrentis was his trusty hunting bow. But after years of mourning and grieving, he had lost interest in using it. He eventually sold it to the pawn shop for very little money. But as he was walking out the door he had a thought, a thought that would change his life. He thought about where he was, he was in paragon city the City of Heroes. None of those heroes would ever give up, or decide thier life was over. They persue justice and punishment. So Ross did an about face and bought his bow back. Than he remembered the evil, undisputed hatred that Aphrentis showed whilst destroying his home, and thought a simple bow would never be enough to defeat him. So he decided to research the "P-MAC", or Psuedo Mental Abilities Chip, developed by the Crey Industries.

First post in this forum.
Just thought that since 4th of July was coming, which is an important day for some of us Americans, that some folks may want to put up some pics of there patriotic themed toons.
Here is mine, Colonel Victory.
I need to change his name though. Ideas accepted, no prize though.
Here is his background.
Initially, he was going to be a ss/sd brute, but I was feeling patriotic, so I made him a hero. Instead of the usual military turned superhero ideas, I went a different route.
And his actual Bio
After an accident on the football field, Jason Conner was rendered a paraplegic.
His father having died on a mission in the Balkans, and a mother that turned to drugs and prostitution, Jasons life was not going in a positive direction.
During a Longbow raid to stamp out an Arachnos cell in Skyway, a Longbow Ballista was knocked through a wall of a home near the warehouse district.
When Ms. Liberty went to find the Ballista, she discovered the young boy, now in his early twenties, had taken up a shotgun to defend the unconcious Ballista from the Huntsman that had come to finish him off. In appreciation of his bravery, she offered to have her Longbow scientists fix his condition for him. After servo motors were put into his body, his neurolic system stimulated with electricity, and a modified Superdine formula given, he was not only able to walk again, but became super strong. Deciding to use his newfound gifts for good, he took up a shield, and put on the colors of his country and now goes by the name Colonel Victory.
