On average I'm earning between 600 and 800 v-merits, minus the 250 cost of a HVAS so they earn there keep. Just figured I mention it in case there was a concern of how much v-merits we earned and the HVAS use.

Quit some of the inactive global channels you are likely in and ./chan_join vanguard operations I'll keep raid times posted there and I usually remember to keep it updated more often than this thread.

I understand with the new content out there be it; Trials / Task Force / or missions the formation time is just as important as the raid start time. If possible I will get the MotD changed to reflect this. *Once we are at pylon 8 league invites will be at the discretion of the League leader. Please arrive in zone no later then 9:00 raid start time. Our outstanding Raiders make short work of the pylons.

Requirements:
Be on time -
The times are posted here and in multiple global channels, I set aside time just to be here to lead these. If you think you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, don't join that tf or trial that will cause you to be late.
I will not invite you. I ask that you are there to help with the pylons like everyone else but 5 mins is ok. That usually means 50 - 75% of them are still there. I want you there for the entire raid, not just to farm vanguard merits and xp. This requires you helping with the no reward pylons phase and the bomb/gm phase.
Contribute to the group -
No characters below level 30 please. Massive lowbies result in raid wipes. If you sneak in a lowbie then good for you but if someone complains you'll likely be asked to switch.
Help buff, debuff, kill and have fun. Don't join to just stand around, talk and leech. I have kicked leechers and will continue to do so.

Personally, the lowbies bother me - Not all - but some of the players level up very quickly and like my signature says, are clueless about how badly they're doing. (or will be doing)
Previously, when a level 7 joined one of my leagues, from the tells I got, you would have thought that the xp was coming out of everyone's xp bar to fill the level 7s.
I don't want to play favorites, and because the vg merits are only available at 35, that's where I drew the line.
Observations:
- by drawing that line at level 35, maybe 4 defeats all total.
- VG merits went from a paltry 430 to just less than a 1000.
- No angry tells from participants about the moochers.
