Big differences between my build and the above builds include:

-Teleport instead of super speed, I duo a lot and I find recall friend helpful. Plus I just generally like teleport.

-A little more range increase on Fissure than the above builds, I like to use fissure while hurricane is running.

-No thunder clap. I used it in my leveling build, but at 50 I find it doesn't fit very well. It can add that little extra nudge to stalagmites/fissure, but fissure recharges so quickly that I find it fairly redundent and I feel that the slots spent on thunder clap could be better used elsewhere. Removing it also allows me to fit recall friend/teleport in.

I am working on an Earth/Storm ATM, however this is just an Earth/ Question, can you put procs in Earthquake?

Yes, there are a few procs that can go in Earthquake . . . it takes ToHit Debuff, knockback and Defense Debuff sets, but there aren't many damage procs in those sets. There are several debuff/buff procs, though.

Lady Grey Chance for Neg Damage
Achilles Heal Chance for Resistance Debuff
Dark Watcher Chance for Recharge Slow
Deflated Ego Chance for Recovery Debuff
Force Feedback Chance for +Recharge
Explosive Strike Chance for (minor) Smashing Damage.

The proc will have a chance to go off once when Earthquake is cast and then every 10 sec.
