Skydance has it.
Any team that takes 4 hours on a Citadel is pretty poor. Last time we ran it without goign crazy fast, it was 2 hours or so.

How do you solo task forces? I tried today, after managing to get everyone to the zone to get a Citadel task force. Which is annoying enough to have to bug people. Once i kicked everyone it just dropped the mission.
I need this last task force for my Task Force Commander, but i guess ill never get it. I don't have 4 hours to spend doing a task force with random people, if i can do it alone i can take my time. I guess theres just nothing left to do at level 50

As has already been said, you need to have 2 people remain on the team to keep the TF going. Further, you need to be able to handle the larger sized spawns (which should be no issue for any decent scrapper), and also need to be able to handle the AV at the end. Other than Positron where the final boss is only an EB, all the other TF's will require you to fight an AV.
And Citadel should take no more than about 2 hours with any halfway decent team.
an easy way to do this is to offer one person the free merits if they'll be on for a while, and get the rest of the fillers you need, start it, then kick all but that one person, that one person can then log onto another toon and play, and you send them a tell when you are at the last mission about to finish the TF, they can then log that toon back on and collect the merits and badge... you'd be surprised at how many people will gladly do this
You need to keep at least two members total (including yourself), or the TF autdisbands.
In the case of Citadel, invite 5 fillers, kick 4, have the 5th log off that particular character (best get a friend for that slot or 2nd account), and solo it.
