Fallen Earth is a post apocalypic MMO. Set in the Grand Canyon area after a super virus called Shiva wiped out or mutated large swaths of the population. Nothing to do with Fallout except for being in the same genre.
There isn't a 'Fallout 4' yet. Obsidian is working on Fallout New Vegas, which is a different game using the same assets used in Fallout 3 under Bethesda's blessing. Hopefully they'll add more to the game as well. But they've made it clear that this isn't Fallout 4. Think of it more of a side stepping like Fallout Tactics.. just not a tactical strategy game.
There is a 4th DLC for Fallout 3 just out this week though. Point Lookout, set in the town of the same name in Maryland. Lotsa fun.

Fallen Earth looks interesting, but I barely meet the minimum hardware specs for it, so probably going to have to pass until I upgrade my system.
SO humid here on the Island today...Just went into the basement for my 30-mins of stationary bike cardio and the fan was on and a small AC unit was on. I wore a heavy hooded sweatshirt and I came upstairs and had to practically tear the shirt off!! Its more comfortable in the basement WITH the heavy shirt on then upstairs without..Glad Im back in my AC'd bedroom (not in the basement btw) though

Good lord talk about fast rolling in clouds!!! Took my stepdad to the store before. I wait in the car, the second he walks in the store I see people looking towards the sky and see these huge gathering of black clouds approaching. Twenty minutes later he comes out, looks up and says what happened!
I said to him to hurry up and lets get home. As were going through the front door- Thunder, LIGHTNING and someone turned the water faucets on for about an hour!!
On a sidenote, before all this happened, my grav/elec dom dinged 22!! SO's in da house!!
