It's been pretty nasty lately for me as well.
wow now i know its something with the server. Ive been on freedom all morning in atlas park in AE (really crowded) and not a single drop of lag.
Log onto justice just now in a empty zone and im rubberbanding accross.
Rubberbanding and Mapserves every night since mid-to-late last week.
It is VERY annoying to the point of wanting to go do something else.
Ran a Moonfire with a group last night, a significant portion of the team ran into Mapserver problems. I, and a couple of others, again never saw anything. There has to be some issue involved, but doesn't seem to be universal to Justice connection.
City of Heroes was my first MMO, & my favorite computer game.

I've noticed some map serving last night but it wasn't too bad as it stopped after a while.
I've become one with the Cake!
I tried to play the other night, and just couldn't. It was very laggy and rubberbanding, and I got several mapserves.

guessing it's an issue with people in certain parts of the world. I haven't experienced anything, and I live in Missouri.
I had a lot of map server issues last night and for the past few days.
I had noticed that most of the time the server was still receiving info from me as I frantically activated powers in hopes of surviving the outage.
I'd hit a self heal and a few PBAoEs and after a few seconds, when I was receiving info from the server again, I would see that the powers had been used and the results.
im having that problem and powers that come up but wont click. When i tryand click them it says still recharging over my head.
And all this seems to have started last week.
Avatea just posted that they're doing a hotfix to fix some of the mapserve issues.

where did Avatea say that? i dont see it.
But whats funny is not even a hour of me starting this thread i see SERVERS SHUTTING DOWN FOR MAINTINANCE IN 30 MIN admin ingame. LOl

I hope this fixes the issue. I first noticed it Thursday night and has been brutal ever since then. It's been hitting me pretty bad, but my rig is crap too which doesn't help.
yeah i hope it does to. My rig is elite and it shouldnt be lagging at all. I knew it had to be something witht he servers. My friend mapserves constantly the past few days.
Anyone else notice the last few days been real laggy and alot of mapserves. Ive had a few, but i know others who have alot.
IDK if its just case by case or a whole server issue.
