Slot for recharge unless you want a particular set bonus or special IO. And you have better, earlier powers to slot the Steadfast uniques in (Resilence gets my vote over Reconstruction).
Unless you're using it just as a set bonus mule, 3 recharge and you're set.
The others said it. Unless you want bonuses, go for 3 recharge. MoG already has a ton of defense and resistance. Any more is almost pointless.

Unless this build is for pvp that is. Then I'd slot at least 3 defense into it, as it can make an awesome escape power.
Heya folks, i was wondering what would be a good slotting of IO's for a Stalker's MoG.
Frankenslot Def/Resist sets like LotG and Impervium Armor? Go for special IO's like Steadfast Res/Def, LotG +7,5% global Rech, Aegis Psionic + Mez resist?
So many options and only 6 slots to go! (of course if i pick up Resilience i'll have another Resistance power to slot...)
