Redside: Talk to your starting contact in Mercy Island.
Blueside: Talk to the City Representative inside the lobby of City Hall in Atlas Park.

The aura mission, heroside, anyways, require three hunt missions, Freakshow, Rikti and Devouring Earth. All can be found in Crey's Folly, which is a level 30+ hazard zone.

You can get the Freakshow and Devouring Earth in Talos as well. I usually only go to Crey's Folly to kill some Rikti Monkeys for the mission and wipe out grey con's of the other groups.
They ALL float down here. When you're down here with us, you'll float too!

You can also get a Rikti mission from the Science store contact in Brickstown, and DE from the Mutant store contact in Founders Fall.

We intended to do that when a mass of the SG got to 30th. We formed a big team then attempted to do those missions but were too busy fending off ambushes from rikti and DE.
Seeing how well that worked, we got the tailor mission done too so that we had a 3rd costume to try the new auras on.
Big enough team and all you have to do is be patient.
