Task Force Tuesdays

I'll throw a triple redside respect tonight, beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern.

Dangit. I love treespecs, but alas tonight is my anniversary (8th). If there is to be a 9th, I probably wont be online tonight.

There will be an event planned for next tuesday.. i wont say who or what, i dont want to ruin their surprise... BUT.. please plan to be there, it'll be super fun..

Task Force Tuesdays will be back in full swing August 25th. We'll have the next set of TF's up and going soon.


We're gonna rock the teams playground style this time around.. and $, lots of $ will be involved...

Task Force Tuesdays!
Ok.. Now for some details.

The format will be a lil different for this session of TFT’s. We will be picking teams playground style. In addition to this change we’ve decided to have an entry fee..ahh, an entry fee you say? Yes! Yes I say! Here’s why…

We’ve decided to sweeten it up a bit and really make this competitive… Each team member will pay a 5 mil entry fee to their team leader.. The team with the best times, wins-it-all.. IN ADDITION to winning the entry fee’s from the other teams you’ll also win 50 million inf donated to the pot from myself and Fanged Knight. EACH WEEK.








Now for the finer print.

• Team leads will be determined early on.. last session of Task Force Tuesdays we had pretty much the same team leads.. hopefully these same people will step up and continue to lead.. if not, psh on them. I’m sure they will though. (right right?) If anyone wants to step up to be a team lead, send me a tell @cherry-2000 and I’ll add you in. You’ll be picking your own team, from those that have come , collecting /paying out the entry fee’s /winnings. I’m going to bump the time up to 6:30pst/9:30 est., to allow time for teams to be chosen. Please, if you are going to join, zone in as early to the time as possible so we don’t have to delay or waste any more time than usual.

• If you’re playing on a toon that doesn’t have the entry fee, that’s ok.. I’m sure you have a higher lvl toon with the $ and can log it on after the tf.. and if you try to skip out on paying it.. I know people in low places that like to break knee caps.

• Team leaders will pick play ground style… meaning.. You pick, I pick, you pick, I pick.. etc etc down the line.. We will determine who goes 1st using either the “roll dice” emote or the “rock paper scissor” emote.

• Come on the toon YOU want to play. The toon you come with is the toon you’re stuck with. Once you’re on a team, you CANT change to a different toon to better suit the team makeup.. That’s up to the team leader to pick a good solid team.

• You’ll have to take a screen shot, of the time completed box, with the team lined up in the shot.. just for verification purposes.

Each week, TF’s will be posted the Friday before so you can plan ahead. This session of TFT's will last 5 weeks. 8/25 - 9/1 - 9/8 -9/15 and the finale on 9/22

The finale to this session of Task Force Tuesdays will be the MoSTF. The team that completes this the fastest AND gets the badge will win an additional 200mil inf . Clearly this is a MoSTF.. no badge, no prize.. time doesn’t matter at that point. If no team completes the MoSTF challenge, then the best time will still win the entry fee $ just not the 200mil inf prize.


1st up on the list of Task Forces:

August 25th : A speed ITF AND a speed Lady Grey (hero's only). Times will be combined to determine the winner.

why Hero only? I'm sure you could have enough interest to get a Vil ITF/LGTF team.

Simply give the 50mil influence if the hero team win... or 50mil Infamy if it's a Vil team..

Now if Infamy is the issue, send me a tell, i'll give it to you (before sunday night since thats my last day)

it be all for starting something redside as well... my fear is stepping on someones toes...

My late night play time is limited. Since this is play ground style it would be hard for me to fairly run on earler. I am also trying to cut down on my adiction to the game (I play way to much)

Okie, I've been thinking about this, and in its current form, I am not going to participate in this wave of TFT.

Im all for rewards but I am against "entry fees". Yeah yeah its only 5M, but thats still not chicken feed to everyone. Granted you can make a few million in a TF, but these are speed runs, so the payback will be much lower. 1 Team makes out like bandits, the others lose money. Its no longer about bragging rights and having fun at that point.

Restructured Task Force Tuesdays:

Net brought up a very good point that we overlooked and we realized a good portion of peeps don't follow the forums as well so...

ENTRY FEES HAVE BEEN REMOVED!!!!

Instead here is how we will do it:

Winning team receives 10 million per teammate, so 8 people 80 million or 3 people 30 million...

We want to make this fun for everyone and make sure no one comes out on the "losing" end...

For the MoSTF run:

First team to complete the TF without deaths and with no temp powers will receive 25 million to each player, however if no team completes the MoSTF we will reward the fastest team the normal amount of 10 million per player...
