You dont need anyone to tell you this could get dodgy very quickly.
Are you playing it for laughs, with the character obviously being in the wrong all the time?
Or going for a more serious saga where the character has their rigid worldview broken down a bit (or not)?
With strangers or just close friends?
I wouldn't for example, recommend playing this straight with a PUG youve just met. If you're going to talk about gassing catgirls in a wacky Nazi scientist voice, you'll probably get a few "lol"s and be OK.
Even so, I find characters like this hard to play. One of my old game-mod creations, King Zero, is a blustering misogynistic Victorian adventurer. He was great to write about in a story-based single player game, but roleplaying him with a group of other people via the sarcasm free medium of text often just came across as offensive.
Playing a Nazi puts you on much thinner ice.
Dude, you are gonna get that character banned so fast it's not even funny.
Like, seriously. Don't do it. I wouldn't mind RPing with a character like that... but I know a heck of a lotta people who wouldn't even blink before they clicked the "report" button.
For your sake, don't do it.
That's all I gotta say about that.

I have something similar, Tiburon (if you play 40k, you'll recognize him as an inquisitor) my Mastermind is a villain who thinks he's a hero of the human race, he hates all mutants, magic, aliens, ...anything not human in origin , when rogue comes out i will switch him to hero...

On a more serious note, I'm not sure if xenophobia still is 'in'. During the Bush years, xenophobia seemed to be a very American pastime. Even among the usually somewhat more enlightened people on these boards it would crop up here and there.
However, you can't be an Anarchist and a Neo-Nazi at the same time. Fascism in all its forms revolves around a strong 'law and order' perspective, warped as it may be.
Also, I doubt you'd get such a character banned. There's a ton of Nazi villains running around out there. Most of them so silly they make me want to cry, mind.
