Anyone play an Elec/Ninja?

I built a character not all that long ago that is very distantly inspired by Gambit who is an Electric Melee/Ninjitsu Stalker. I can't say as I've seen any guides to this combo, and have not ever played either set before. My only Stalker experience is on a Dark/SR that I leveled to 50. I learned that a Stalker build is extremely tight if you want to have Stamina and a Travel power by any kind of logical level.

I guess what I am asking is, does anyone have a decent PvE leveling build? And if not, any suggestions for skippable powers and/or must haves?

Get everything in elec, skip smoke bomb and blinding powder and try to softcap your toon in the 40s when you can to all positions. Thats pretty much it, and thats what I am doing with mine and he plays great.

Bump and Grind Bane/SoA
Kenja No Ishi Earth/Empathy Controller
Legendary Sannin Ninja/Pain Mastermind
Entoxicated Ninja/PSN Mastermind
Ninja Ryukenden Kat/WP Scrapper
Hellish Thoughts Fire/PSI Dominator

Thank You Devs for Merits!!!!

Hmmm, I suppose at the softcap one wouldn't need any of the extra survival tools, huh? I don't think I will be using too many IOs, if any at all, but thanks for the input nonetheless.

You don't "need" to soft cap it. If you get it a bit above 30% the self heal will let you breeze through pretty much anything.

At softcap though elec/nin is downright disturbing. Very good stalker build.

Not necessarily...

Sha is good to just heal back any attacks that might get lucky and get through, and Blinding Powder can get you 4% Recovery, 4% Damage, 10% Recharge and 5% Ranged Defense via Coercive Persuasion (or the same type of bonuses but less % for dirt cheap with Malaise's Illusions).

Smoke Flash is pretty much crap though and Caltrops is very skippable (and Retsu if you are softcapped).
