A bit disappointed

VEATs are a bit of a pain in the [censored] untill 24. Once you respec at 24 they really start to come alive. Untill then you just have to deal with it and try to get good teams alot. Just know that later on you'll be able to carry a bad team.

For Widows (haven't leveled a Spider much yet) you're essentially getting a Stealthed toxic-DoT claws/SR blapper (possibly with Psy powers on top of that) that is all but guaranteed to make its teammates better in every way. What's the downside exactly?

My first experience to 24 was a Widow, and she felt like a /sr scrapper on steroids to me. Was a very nice, smooth run, teamed or solo.
