There is no currently game-legal way of creating MA arcs and missions off-line.

not as far as we know. and mid's doesn't do his builder anymore, he passed it on to someone else who has the time to do it. although he seems to be a little behind in getting the new version out.
Sorry I didnt mean Mids himself..meant like a Mids app to do Arcs offline.

It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to make. The mission files are pretty easy to read. I've manually added a few things to mine as well, including a 6th and 7th mission.. but I have to point out the game is still going to do it's own error-checking on it once you load it in-game, and while it will show all 7 missions, it wont let you run or publish it. The hard part to such an application would be duplicating the error-checking to make sure you are using foes in the correct lvl ranges, etc.
Also, such a program would not be able to edit already-published arcs.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm kind of curious. Is there anyway to have Architect on your pc and design missions off line? Or is it only possible while in the AE building in game?
