There is no way to, in-game, check your Vet status schedule.
However, your NCSoft account page should have your potential schedule in it. I don't know why it would have stopped.

The account management should list the date of your most recent vet reward and, often, the next reward which you receive is listed greyed-out as well (though, this might be dependent upon several factors, one of which is whether or not the next reward is within your current billed time).
Anyways, the point is that the account management should list even your most recent vet rewards, if it doesn't and you feel like you are missing some, then I would contact support.

If you've paid a whole year in advance, you should have a pretty extensive schedule listing the dates of all your new shinies over the next year.

There are some problems with some people not getting their vet rewards. I had to contact support to get my last one. You might need to do the same if you think you should have had your 15 month reward by now.
If there is something legitimately wrong, then the Support folk are the only people who can help you. I would first recommend the OP reviewing their PlayNC account page. If you can't read it/don't understand it/etc., screen shot it, blur/erase/whatever the sensitive info parts, and post it here--we can read it for you. In any case, you're the only one who can tell if you're actually hosed or not, and Support is the only department that can help. But, we can help if you're having trouble.

I'll see what Support says. I was just thinking that it wouldn't be all that difficult for there to be an account timer or something when you log in - like at the "choose your server page" or a switch in the options section. Thanks for the suggestions.

But the game has no concept of how long you've been subscribed - your PlayNC account just goes in and flips a 0 to a 1 or something similar to grant you a given vet reward.

Is there a way ingame to check when you are to receive your veteran awards? I thought I was to ding up to 15 months last week. The NCsoft site used to track my schedule, but they stopped at 12 months, even though I've re-upped my subscription for another year+2 (thanks for the Christmas bonus).
