Infiltrate the midnight squad.
Pick the room of your final glowie carefully, have your travel power active, and do it on Villainous - they won't be bosses.
It still sucks that I have to run like hell and skip past all the baddies just to complete the mission without dying. Even if they aren't bosses, they still have monster HP and Resistances.
Try it with a Mastermind.
1) Set minions to Aggressive
2) Spawn baddies
3) Run like a scared little girl to the exit while your minions fight and die valiantly on your behalf
4) Profit!
You're not supposed to fight them. You're stealing something and just tripped the security systems. Grab the stuff and run.
You're intended to run, not fight.
Thirded and Fourth'ed. Fight if you like.
I, similar to The Animal's advice, ran like a frightened four year old into his mommy's arms.

Yep, "RUN AWAY!!" should be the battlecry for this one.
I think I've made it back to the door a couple times, but usually I just die horribly & head to the hospital.

I have managed to get out the door successfully ONCE. I left the glowie closest to the exit until last and hit it with fly running. Then, like everyone else has said, I did a kamikazi run for the door. My health bar was deep into the red but I made it out.
HAH, so there Midnighters.

Don't forget to pop an orange and purple inspiration before clicking that last item.
Makes you just a little bit more survivable while running for the door.
"Gimme three steps, gimme three steps, Midnighter. Gimme three steps towards the door..."
Funny thing is, the stupid buggers still let me join the club. Even after I robbed them blind.
To quote the master... "I wouldn't join any club that would have me as a member."

That temp phase power you can buy the recipe for is ideal for this mission.
total kick to the gut
This is like having Ra's Al Ghul show up at your birthday party.
Another solution or two.
1. a teammate with recall friend standing at the door just waiting for you to trigger the alarm.
or
2. (this one requires doing the mission a bit later) drop an oroborous portal right next to yourself before you click the last glowie. as soon as you trigger the alarm, jump out and all is well.

Yes, you're supposed to run, not fight. They're intentionally difficult. As jwbullfrog said, an Ouroboros Portal is probably the easiest way to finish it if you're over level 25.
I think the last time I beat them was with a Thugs/Dark MM and AR/Traps Corr duo.

Is this mission supposed to be impossible? After getting all the relics, those damn statues come to life and kill you in 3-4 seconds flat. I have done this mission numerous times on different toons, and I still can't complete it without dying and going to the hospital. Do the devs really expect you to fight mobs of +3 bosses on your way to the exit, since the exit button is disabled?
Plus, it always spawns bosses, no matter what difficulty setting you're on, at 2-3 levels above you. What gives? Is this just some kind of prank the devs pulled on us?
Dev 1: "Hey, dude, come over here, look what I did."
Dev 2: "What is it?"
Dev 1: "Check out this insanely funny mission I created, it totally impossible solo! I put bosses everywhere at 3+ levels, and I turned off the exit button!"
Dev 2: "Ha! That's funny!"
*Dev 1 forgets to reset the mission, and it goes live the way it is.*
