I share the same feeling. I've been sitting on the fence, debating whether I should leave this game or not. I've taken a couple breaks but I always get dragged back (mostly due to froemds). But, with these recent changes, I'm debating again whether to leave, this time for good...
In any case, I wish you well on any future endeavors. It's never fun to see a fellow Triumph player leave.

I share the same feeling, the pvp that was a big part of my gameplayed stopped, and the pve parts are just the same thing over and over. I am keeping my account active just so I can randomly come back and say hi, and when WoW is down...
I really haven't missed CoH, but I have missed my friends on here. If you are ever in the neighborhood of a new game to play.... WoW. Misha Server.

Sorry to hear your leaving. I, too, am weighing my options. I will wait to hear what is said regarding the badges. I feel Positron and the team rushed to judgement instead of carefully and without predjudice examing all of the facts. I hate that my game has become a series of 'we screwed up so we're going to punish you'. Good luck.

Im kinda in the same boat. I came back to CoH because of the Architec. I thought it would be a sweet alternative to the same old same $h!t storys that the devs made at launch.
and then they take it all way, and nerf it to the point to where its really not enjoyable, etal.
same boat as you B.B., i may not come back to the next launch, but i fear i may be as disapointed as i was the last 4 issues. yea, they all had their perks, but the joy only lasted for like 2 weeks.
Ive been playing EVE for a good bit of time, so much content that i havn't even broken the surfance in the nearly 3 years ive played it. I guess that comes from a single develeper that dosn't have to develop 6+ other games at the same time. I get the same boreing fealing for nealy all of NCs games.

I left for while after the pvp changes but I came back to play with the architect and this is what I get.
I'm done with this game. At least there's other games coming out soon. Those don't seem to have retarded devs.

fallenz -- they are nerfing the ability to get levled from 1-50 in under 10 hrs.
Even the pay for spammers take longer than 10 hours on PLings in PI

Personally, The only reason ive stayed on this long is for the people ive meet. I always laugh when people say that there is no way to have completely gone through the game having done every arc/mish/tf ever when, fact of the matter is, they are all the same. Most other MMOs ive played just arent nearly as fun mostly due to the people im playing with. just my >9000 inf on it. BB, I dont know you very well, Im sure weve teamed together once or twice, but Its always a sad day to see someone leave due to crappy issues like these[ by which i mean the swinging of the nerf bat]. GL to you in whatever you do.
Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

I just read the badge removal list posted by Posi and that pretty much does it for me. I'm sick of being told how to play a game I pay to play. They make the "rules," put the them on test, then live, then "you aren't playing the way we want you to play" = nerfage or now flat out removal.
Lately, I have scaled back my playing due to school, but I have noticed I haven't missed the game. I have missed the people though, but I was looking for something to entice me to get me to want to play again. All the changes to pvp and now pve are just too much for me to find enjoyment in the game.
I will truly miss all the friends that I have made and I want to thank all who have helped me build my sg, The Bureau of Arch-Villain Development (BAD). I hope the ones who are there now will help Rev and Punk keep it going.
I have enjoyed playing with all of you and again I will miss you.
