Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

I was considering making a new post for myself but I thought against it. I, too, have decided that 4 years has been long enough in this game; it's time to start something new. Yeah, I know, I've said I quit a couple times before but this time its for real. I just lost all interest in this game, even before the PvP and AE modifications.
To echo the sentiment, I will miss the people, not so much the game.

I feel the same way myself. I just recently cancelled my 3 accounts. The game has not really been enjoyable for awhile now and all these changes have just made it worse.
My subs run out in November so after that I'm gone.
Left for WoW... came back.
Left for WAR... came back.
City of Heroes isn't perfect, but then again nothing is. It is a very fun game for me and being able to design my own missions has been wonderful as a creative outlet. I'm not into the whole self promotion thing so I don't get a lot of votes or anything but I do it so I can tell stories within the superhero world.
I have a good SG that I'm part of and I have fun playing with different characters/builds/players. All in all I'm happy playing the game. These so called nerfs are just minor obstacles for me to overcome and figure out how to play the game like I want in spite of them.
That's my .02 influence.
