There have been several bugs with the account information recently, specifically regarding the dates that Vet rewards are handed out. Contact support, and see what they can tell you.

Done. Thanks for update regarding bugs. I sent a ticket, we'll see how it's handled. Here is an idea for 63 month veteran reward....Free "Going Rogue" hehe. Seeing as how i've spent 900 bucks on this game so far, I think a free expansion would be in order hahaha. Nah, just kidding. Would be cool though.
I had something similar happen to me recently. I contacted support, and they awarded my "stuck" Vet reward for me. They also told me that said bug would affect me again for my next one (due in July) and to send in another support request then. And, apparently, from that point forward mine should start awarding normally again. It was all pretty smooth. I had my missing reward about a day and a half after sending the request.

Actually there was leak a while back of a Vet Power that is likely to be the 63 month reward called Veteran Reveal. This would be usable once per hour and would have the effect of removing the Fog of War from whatever map you use it on.
I can't seem to find the link to the image and description right now. I'm sure someone will come along who has it though.

Fog of war is that black stuff - semi transparent in some zones, opaque in others - that covers the map.

I would assume so. I'm only guessing, but my thought was that the game wasn't able to tell the difference between mission map fog and zone map fog.
I'm actually really really hoping for this to come true. It's usefulness is super limited...but at the same time I think it might be a great reward for all the Vet's who have played this game for nearly forever, and still have to deal with map fog.
First off: uncover all the gravity geyser paths in the Storm Palace. I already have almost the entire FBZ and Cascade Archipelago explored.

Hey all, quick question. I have been recieving my Veteran rewards on the 17th of Feb, May and August since the Veteran program began, with a few dates actually falling on the 16th. However, where it used to say May 17th for my 60 month reward, it's now showing June
. Just last week or so it was May 17th, just like the others. Did they reset the dates, or did my account bug? I've never missed a monthly payment, if that has anything to do with it. Thanks for taking a look at this.
