Well, I am actually doing the misson currently, and I am flying around aimlessly in the little underground lair currently.
I have beaten every foe I have seen so far, and I even destroyed all the magickal barriers as well.
I just can't find where he is hidden in the mission.

Sometimes (the map chosen is random) there is a room you pass through in that mission that has a small pyramid and some of the typical CoT buff crystals. Just above that pyramid is a small balcony. I have found that if that room appears in the map, Percy will always be found on that balcony.
If that room does not appear, then there may also be a room with a large canal in the middle of two pyramidal structures with bridges between them. At the bottom of one of the structures (to your right as you enter the room usually) there is a doorway that leads into a room with a hole in the floor. If you drop through that hole there is another room behind that structure. Percy is usually located there.

Okay this seems to happen alot so could someone explain if there is something more going on?
Blackavaar's post was over a half hour after Alt posted that they found Percy. Yet it seems as if Alt's post was not visible to Blackavaar when they later posted.

It's simply a matter of not hitting refresh. However, the information I posted will still be useful to anyone else who finds themselves in the same situation and uses search to find this thread, while Alt may not be here to join their team and lead them to it. So, it really doesn't matter.
Yeah, Astral Form came logged into Pinnacle, and he sent me a tell to invite him.
He joined me in the lair, we flew around and he managed to help me find him.
Seems he was in a corner behind two guards.
I guess with their brown robes, and my graphics having to be turned down a bit for my computer/connection, I must have flow by them more times then I can count.
I have got to say I am happy to know my money is well invested in this game.
If he is an example of the community in CoH and how helpful people are, I am quite happy to be here!

Yeah, this community disagrees on things a lot, but overall, when it comes down to it, the vast majority are a bunch of nice, welcoming, helpful people

Ok, I trried googling, and using the search function on the forum, and had no luck with this question.
I am level 22 now, and trying once per level I have had no luck finding Percy Winkley on the "Rescue a Midnighter" quest.
I think I have looked everywhere, but I am sure I am simply overlooking something simple.
Can anyone help me with this, please?
