MA Mondays!
After DCing 3 times at the same point in the loading screen I've given up. This seems to happen to me a lot in rwz on mixed AE teams.
wierd bug with loading my arc... we ended up quiting and completely starting over because people were loading in different instances..

Good arcs tonight. Ran the first three. Rolled some crappy rewards with the tickets though, lol.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
Argh, completely forgot about this. Came back to the dorms at 4 with the intention of playing until 6, ended up falling asleep until 8. Well, that's college for ya.

I really didn't. In fact, I wasn't even a judge.

Amygdala can you post your review on these arcs plz. I did not have time to test these yet. I am posting a list of 27 on our website, you might want to try a few of them
My reviews
1) NetMinder arc 74097
My arc.. so im horribly biased, but in the 2 larger teams Ive run through it, its performed rather well. Got a story, custom groups, adaquate challenge but not overwhelming.
2) Ashcraft arc 101926
My only gripe with this arc was that we jumped all over the level spectrum. I dont mind going down to an arc, but a double drop and then back to 50 seemed to take a little from it. Had to figure out what I had in my arsenal each mission. Stock critters but the story was good. ****
3) Mr Squid arc 33034
This arc... I guess i dont know where to start. Good story, but was missing some details in sections that left me scratching my head as to what I was doing. On challenge level 2, it was very beatable, but on challenge 5, at level 30.. well mission 4 was just not beatable with 6 players. Thats what you get for max diff I guess. And too many "epic" fights. Missions 3-5 all felt like the last mission. The customs were quite nice. ***
4) Gulver arc 73197
ppd to next week because
5) Neuronia arc 114193
Its humor/homage. Says so in the description..and it lives up to it. Mobs are fluff, but the bios and dialog are worth it. Simple all level fun. ****
Looking forward to next week.... when someone will be on time... *glare*

I want to thank everyone who came out last night! Once again, my most sincere apologies that I was late. My computer decided to randomly stop working not minutes before the event started. Everything was fine earlier and I had made an in game announcement about MA Mondays. I left to get a pizza and when I came back DOOM had struck. I've learned my lesson though. Next time, I'll just make dinner at home.
Anyways, we started out with 2 full teams, which I thought was great, and managed to run though 4 arcs, all of which were quite enjoyable.
Next Monday I'd like to form up again and start with Gulver's arc 73197. Please post your arc ID in this tread if you'd like to add it into the mix.

Sorry I missed out on the fun guys! I logged in a few minutes late and then found out I was going to a baseball game instead, heh.
Thanks for all the positive reviews! The levelhopping issue on that arc is unfortunately unavoidable but I see that didn't stop you from having a good time!
I hope I can make it for MM #2!

Ashcraft been published.
It was a blast, we muddled through some problems early but we made it.
I would like to suggest a few "rules" to this event regarding arc selection/posting/leading:
1) Over all, we limit ourselves to 10-12 missions tops. If that means only 2 5 mission arcs and one 1-2 mission arc, or 4 3 mission arcs, but last night everyone was running out of gas after the first 3 (which were 12 total missions). Gulver's kinda got pushed because of that.
2) Be very descriptive in the length of your arc.... and that includes time. Squid's arc had major EB/AV fights in the last 3 missions. This made it take longer than usual. If you have a large map kill all, please factor this in as well. 2-3 Hours is what most can commit to for an event.
3) If you start an arc with 8 people and someone drops, do not fill the spot unless they specifically quit the team. I did some dumpster diving on this problem that we had, and the problem is because of "AE" mode, which is like TF mode lite. It tries to keep players in the team if the logout then back, and if you get more than 8 players on the arc list, strange things can happen (like loading into different instances).
4) Encourage feedback. If you are on a team running your arc, talk it up. Ask people to read bio's and clues. Sometimes it can get chaotic and we miss some of the text, but thats really what makes a good experience: immersion. And not all of it will be good, but take it and learn from it. And quite possibly, they will be right and you can make the edits so your story becomes better.
Just my $0.02.

Wow, sounds like the normal amount of problems, of course DOOM strikes at the last instance (we expect that nowadays), but it sounds like you guys had fun and THAT is the important thing.
I will run my teams through these, thanks for the update.
AOW runs a lvl 50 through, then an 8 person team, then a lowbie, then a lowbie 8 person team to test thoroughly for content and playability. You will get feedback.
Also Dinah Might check out the AOW Top MA list at guildportal.com searchword ALL-OUT-WAR, your on it, we will be testing it thoroughly this week!
Decafe is the root of all evil: If statesman hadnt switched Lord Recluses coffee to decafe, he would have become a hero and the world would be a much different place (hmm. maybe us heroes would have gotten those nifty tentacle blaster back packs).
I AM DIVINE
Those are good suggestions, Net.
I'd also recommend running things on Heroic. It's really hard to tell what the difficulty is going to end up at, especially with custom mobs and the level changes in some of these arcs.
Perhaps I'll try to do the line up for the evening by grouping arcs that total a manageable number of missions for the evening. Like Net said, when posting your arc provide as many details as possible so that we have a sense of what is going to be necessary to complete them.
I would like to keep this event as flexible as possible in terms of the numbers of people that show up. We may or may not always have 2 teams worth, etc. If we have several arcs for the week, we may want to split them up so that one team covers a couple and the other team covers the rest. If we have extra time we can always switch over.
As always, feedback towards this idea is most welcome so that we can adjust to any issues we run into.

Well if nobody else is putting theirs on the table...*grunt* *THWOMP!* How about my eleven mission behemoth? Pretty please?
Arc Name: The Lost Choir: Chapter One: The Old Testament.
Arc ID: 123675
Factions: Tuatha, Rikti, Custom group.
Creator Global/Forum Name: @MrSquid
Difficulty Level: Moderate. Contains 2 AV's, but a fair amount of help for them too
Synopsis: This is essentially a combination of Christian Mythos and the classic "cosmic horror" story. The first part is probably the most slow paced, with a lot of unanswered questions.
Level Range: Intended for 45+, but you could get away with 30 plus
Arc Name: The Lost Choir: Part Two: The New Testament.
Arc ID: 136959
Factions: Ritki, Custom Group.
Creator Global/Forum Name: @MrSquid
Difficulty Level: Moderate-easy. Only one AV this time around, and once again, I give you help with him.
Synopsis: Part two is much faster paced then part one, and most of the questions brought up in part one are answered.
Level Range: Intended for 45+, but you could get away with 30 plus
Arc Name: The Lost Choir: Chapter Three: Apocrypha.
Arc ID: 141011
Factions: A bunch, mostly customs.
Creator Global/Forum Name: @MrSquid
Difficulty Level: Hard. One AV, but its a doozy. I still give you plenty of help though.
Synopsis: Part 3 is only one mission long, mainly being the climactic final boss fight.
Level Range: Intended for 45+, but you could get away with 30 plus
Wether we run my arc(s) or not, ill be there tonight.
Well, since it looks like no one else put in an arc for this week, we will do Gulver's (from last week) and Mr Squids in the following order:
1) Gulver arc 73197
2) Mr Squid arc 123675 "The Lost Choir: Chapter One: The Old Testament"
3) Mr Squid arc 136959 "The Lost Choir: Part Two: The New Testament"
4) Mr Squid arc 141011 "The Lost Choir: Chapter Three: Apocrypha"
I would ideally like to have several different authors represented in a night, but it looks like this week has been quiet. So please, post your arcs if you want feedback!
