I remember reading in an interview somewhere that indeed each of the initial booster packs are origin based. The one after the magic was likely to be natural and gangster themed. Trying to find a linky.

I was wondering what the Natural Origin Booster would be, how do you represent that in a booster pack?

Gangster doesn't seem too fitting though, and can't we already make a pretty good Gangster costume now?

I wonder when they'll release the packs if its on rotation or? I'm confident a business plan would require all five packs be completed before you announced as well as a release graph and all sorts of stuff based on trends to maximize your response...

i was watching The Big Bang Theory last nght.... they went into a comic store and there was a CoH and a CoV cardboard cut out in the store... and a guy had on a CoH tshirt

It would be better if these were unlockables. Why? Because as of now, if you use them, then only someone that has also purchased them can publish the mission. This makes some things more problematic...things like donating MA slots, publishing on multiple accounts, having a "shared repository" of MA arcs that you can download, publish and play.

Natural would be nearly-nude costumes with strategically positioned leaves, a snake pet and a "give apple" temp power.

mutants should get more obviously "mutated" or freakish anatomy options like tentacles, fins, hairier Monstrous Fur, and things of that nature. Captain Mako is the game's signature Mutant (now that Sister Psyche arbitrarily decided her powers don't count), so he should be the direction the developers look when trying to establish an identity for the Mutant origin.

The Magic pack on the other hand, should hurry the frak up and get posted on the store so I can buys it!.

They really have missed some great advertising opportunities in the past. The one that particulary stands out is when Heroes had those Heroes/Villains posters everywhere.
