What AT is doing the best in PvP?
Probably any AT who has picked up [Flurry].
"The One"
76 characters and Twenty-four 50s later, I still love this game.
AlienOne's Human-Form Warshade Guide (Old guide+New guide = 12,000+ views!)
It's really about IOs and tactics. But corrs and defenders are difficult to work with. Build what makes you happy not fotm builds.
The AT with the Awesome button?

i wanted to know what AT is pwning at the moment.

What's more important is how the various ATs are going to do in i14. Widows have been very strong but the elusivity nerf combined with their damage being reduced may change things somewhat. Or not.
Freedom: Blazing Larb, Fiery Fulcrum, Sardan Reborn, Arctic-Frenzy, Wasabi Sam, Mr Smashtastic.
In the Zones: I'd go with Stalkers being King.
In the Arena: I'd go with Blasters being King.
Doesn't matter the order of the rest, they're peasants anyway.
I dunno, Fortunatas are pretty mean. Widows too. But I guess I'd be mean if I had to wear those tights all day too.

Forts pwn most stuff now in I-13 (except Fire/ss/earth tanks 1vs1)... but in I-14 Elusivity gets dropped to 10% (from 30%) across all ATs (except PFF which will be 50%, down from 80%). Also VEAT damage seems to have been nerfed about 15% or so. So IMO that game is and still will be all about damage... and blasters win by a long shot there (though banes and stalkers have some nice burst damage as well... oh and SHARKS!!!).
I'd hold off on doing anything with a fort or widow cause they are now gutting elusivity to where it will be pretty useless. So full swing from being OP'd.
They'll eventually get it right, course they haven't yet. Maybe in pvp 3.0 they'll do another "bring your kid to work day" and let another player from the pve sector balance the PvP game. They are clearly are out of ideas about how to balance pvp and have even attempted to shift away from a team pvp approach to a solo approach in i13. Which of course fell flat on its face.

The Answer your looking for is - Fire Regen Scrapper.
Ive had this discustion many times with my coalition and we all started making regens for pvp I chose spines instead of fire for the =fly and range but it does a bit less dmg.
Few AT's can get past a good regen build 1 on 1 for we've tested just about everything in the arena.
So far a Rad was the only thing that stood a chance and slim one at that.
I know regen has been nerfed several times but it still rocks since your self heals and regen rate is very difficult to migate enough dmg to overcome.
And having the best dmg output in the game is also huge a plus.
The only draw back is if your attacked by several players your resistance is not enough to compensate unless your really quick to heal and take 2 or 3 out in time so that they scatter or take a phaze temp power along just in case, which can found at WW.
:Note many plp frown on that tactic of phazing.
Also there's several other temps that come in handy.
It also has best hold protection in the game so if you are held it has a very limited affect.
Interigation + resilience is an awesome combo.
Super Speed for those runners and fly for the flyers I know fitting both these in a build is daunting task.
Flurry as mentioned before is an overpowered attack in PVP and should be considered.
:Edited for several errors and updated for content working on a build I'll post shortly

only broken psi blasters.
a good dom (mind/fire, fire/elec, etc) will wreck a blaster in i14, just like they do now.
it's just like dark/colds in pre i13... quite possibly the most powerful build in the game. quite possibly the hardest build to play in a superbly effective fashion in the game.

phasing is frowned upon only by idiots.
OMG YOU USED A POWER.
YOU CHEAT. TRU WARRIRS DONT CHET.
...but yeah... colds wreck regens. especially if they go phase/mace and pack a tray of greens.
..and they're gonna be even more powerful in i14.
and my overall opinion is:
in i14:
necro/poison with pb and tactics.
dark/cold with phase and mace.
necro/storm with pb and tactics.
i dont think there's a single toon that can beat those under DR and TS if well played.
I set the Enhancements of this build so you will loose little or nothing by going to Sirens Call and even left a few sets for bloody bay so your not nerfed in any way.
Anyone who builds a toon like this should be all set for most if not all PVP curcomstances.
Note: Certian AT's can take other AT"s there is no perfect PVP toon this comes closest to all and is feared by many.
This build can probably be improved opon I didn't spend to much time on it, but it is a solid build.
