but on the note of wroking out guess what .... come one guess already....ok fine i will tell you ... I started back at the gym today yay me and i managed a whole hour workout ... so i think i can get it going again with the old man'a help who will be my trainer as well as his own yay us

I am not doing to bad, I did fall off the diet last week due to losing our best friend I ended up eating potato salad and sasuage buns when we had our BBQ but im back on track and feeling awesome been drinking 4L+ of green tea a day on top of things
Last time I went to the doc she said my BMI has dropped, fat mass dropped and my muscle mass has gone up, My goal is to be back to my skinny self by my birthday!
