Nope, that was from walking off the Floating Ziggurat Island.
Supposedly it and quite a few other Unique maps were pulled due to bugs they introduced into MA. Many have come back under unlockable content. Not sure if this one has.
Incidentally, that map is seen in the Stop the Ceremony mission given by Mage-Killer Zuhkara.

Purple? That one in white is Widow's Vista in her home basic outfit. She has some other edition...err outfits, too. (D'oh, old pic, it doesn't have my enterprise outfit! Ah well.)
