One teeny bit of commentary: no reductions at all for stuff in the lowest level. Almost all were increased, including one quite surprising one (although I'm still divided in my mind about just how surprising it should be.) An attempt to give more merits at low levels, or just coincidence?

That may matter, unfortunately. We know that after I13 went live, some people got the old reward popup from TFs completed the night before, in I12. So it's unclear if it "remembers" the reward you won on the previous incarnation.

Can someone check this on the test server... I did a mender Silos yesterday on Live and got 7 merits. If really the person who tested did received 6 merits, then it should be -1.
