My Fire/Kin Build
Hopefully you will not take offense at this..but the blue on blue is really bad. Perhaps change it to yellow or some other conflicting color so it's readable.
I have a Fire/Kin and so was curious but attempting to read this is so difficult I've just passed over it.
um... why fly? .. and why only 2 slots on siphen speed? and why a slot on siphen power? and why consume? more slots in fire blast would help too for killing those straglers... only 1 slot for hasten?.. recharge is one of the huge +'s in having the kin side... why not damage in hotfeet? better recharge set bonus putting a posi blast in there... and that numina's +/+ would work alot better in health... and then you could put a doc wounds in transfusion instead... jsut a few options ya might wanna look into
im gonna have to say nay after i saw the 2 slotted siphon speed.
i 6 slotted it (im an addict of speed...) 3 accuracy/3 recharge lol

I concur. I attempted to read it, but like you, I skipped it. Sorry, to the OP. It's just a bad choice of color.
Try Fruit Salad. And I don't mean an Empathy Defender...
Here is the build I use over on Freedom, I am one of the faster F/Ks (when compared to those I work with) Aslo I have found that HOW you use your powers is as important as what powers you use. I use BM/ Warriors almost exclusivly.
If it's mapped for 6 here is my attack chain.
From Range: Target a Champion of Battle, Fire Cages, Flash Fire, run into middle of mob, Siphon Speed, Fulcram Shift, Transferance, Fireball, Transfusion, Fire Cages, then pick off targets with Ring of Fire and Fire Blast. Average time to kill group 35-40 seconds.
If it's mapped for 8 here is my attack chain.
From Range: Target a Champion of Battle, Fire Cages, Flash Fire, Fire Cages, run into middle of mob (be careful to not be within melee range of a Champion of War), Switch target to Champion of War, Siphon Speed, Fulcram Shift, Transferance, Fireball, Transfusion, Fire Cages, then pick off targets with Ring of Fire and Fire Blast. Average time to kill group 45-60 seconds.
The reason for the second Fire Cages is that if you Cage twice even bosses are immobilised, which really helps.
Also 2 other notes:
1. I know I could fit in more recharge, and other bonuses by changing out a few of the sets and some slots, but I have never needed to.
2. Super Speed + Stealth IO in Sprint = Nondetection, you can stand right in the middle of a group and so long as hot feet is off you will never get attacked, handy for mapping.
If you all already knew these tricks, good for you! If not here's some free advice for a better run.

had to reply to my own post lol i saw the other build posted on this thread my god 181+ recharge to my 65 lmaoo ok yeah i see a HUGE difference i love my toon though its great with teams and i can farm my hind parts off with it i do see that there is better out there lol and frankly for alot less money haha thanks for the tips everyone i appreciate it i will be starting another kin soon woot!!
Photon, I am curious why you took Ring of Fire over Char. Char is great for holding bosses. One or 2 hits and they stand there choking. Anyway, here is one of my builds, this one specializes in Demons, I can solo mapped for eight, though I might have to do some pulling if I get a triple spawn. I can also do BM, though I prefer the Demons just because they don't mez and the XP is virtually the same. I have a much cheaper built Fire/Kin who does the Freak map. She only is worth around 300 mil, but she is built quite a bit differently for the mez protection. Anyway here is the build, which includes perma hasten. My heal recharges in 2.17s and heals for 423, so I highly recommend maxing out +Recharge.

Now I know this is an old topic and its seen its fair share of comments etc etc, being as im new to the entire IO sets thing i tried this build. I've been playing 2 years and this is my first kin. I use it solely for farming. From others i've seen my use of the IO sets is straight forward so id love any feed back that could make this build better. I can basically do an 8 man BM Farm and solo 6 man Demon farm with ease. Let me know what you think. This was after a respec at lvl 50
