Oh, nice piece, looks really good! Also if it's the newest one and I'm not being dense, there isn't anything that's against board rules, there's not really anything pushing at them. It shows less than game characters, it details nothing more, and there's no kind of, umm, unusual activity going on.
/shrug, considering the confusion that sill exists, even just evidenced here, it would be nice to have Koschej decide if it passes, *and to explain why or why not*.
It's pretty impossible to pin a nebulous rule down when laying it out in the abstract, but with a concrete example to point to, the spirit of it could be made much more clear (which is of course, what is being judged here rather than to the letter -how many times have you wished for that in RL law), even if specific rules are still too general in application to lay down, our understanding could be refined for fewer misinterpretations (for both extremes) showing up here.

One quick question; you've got "Character copyright to me" in the description. I was under the impression that any character created for City of Heroes falls under their copyright banner. True/False? (Mostly wondering because this is what I was told when I once floated the idea of a comic featuring one of my CoH characters).
As portrayed WITHIN Paragon City, NCSoft owns your character.
You can put your character in a comic outside of Paragon City and reference nothing in CoH/CoV, and it's OK.

If you only created the character in the game, then they "own" it. If you created the character prior to making the character in game, then the character is yours, as their rights don't subsume yours as the creator.
For example, if Stan Lee joined and made a hero named Spider Man, then NC wouldn't suddenly own Spider Man and his likeness.
