like 'for real' ink on paper or digital ink?
I'd prefer old school paper and ink, but I'll accept digital inked if done well. In the past I've had people jump on Photoshop, adjust the brightness and contrast, add an artistic filter and expect a drawing in return...I don't want that. Now if someone is skilled in digitally inking and wants to put some effort into it, then heck ya. I'm sure digital is the way comic book professionals do it now-a-days. I;m just not up to speed on digital inking. I'm sure if done right it takes just as much skill as the ol' pen and paper.
You have thrown down the gauntlet, sir, and I shall pick it up! I'll try my hand at it digitally. Even if you don't like the end result it will be good practice. With a three day weekend coming I should have it done by Monday, but I'm not actually promising it.

I loooove inking over very good pencil work.
Though I did drop it into Photoshop to see how it would look 'inked', so I'm guessing you want lots of shadow eh?

Only problem is that I don't have an available scanner when I'm done with it. :-/
S'pose I could mail it to you or something though. Or take a picture of it :P Sooner or later I will be getting a scanner but I don't see one coming in the near future.

But let me actually -do- it first. I don't know if I will be able to do it. Not sure if my old Microns are still viable or not (been a good two years since i used them last, but hopefully they're still working!)

And yes, I use sharpies (/smirks at Rowr), but get an ink-pen look.

I'm with Rowrsie in that I want to do the job well first before worrying about payment. I'll be out of state for most of the day Monday, so it might be a bit further into the week before I finish it.

Hey now, don't knock the sharpies. I use them for all my figure drawing.
(I don't know why, really I don't.... but I tend to like my drawings better when done with a sharpie than when I do them with pencil.... even if it's full of mistakes I can't erase.)

Probably would have finished sooner but was talking with someone at the time :P Although it was 3ish AM by that point and I totally spaced the lines over the forehead. I have a slightly unique inking method that made that easy to forget unfortunately.
And...uh, this came with a prize?

Well here is the color version. I hurried it a little, but it turned out ok I think. I still wanna see other peoples ink jobs too, so plz don't think I no longer want other versions! This one will work for my Avatar, but the next inked version I get I'm gonna slow down and color it better. Was even thinking trying a sepia toned version. Thanks
