Legion of Valor's Epic Battle by John Becaro
very epic win! I saw the pencils for this the first time I went to John's dA page when I was first getting into commissions. When Alex suggested a battle scene as an alternative for what eventually became the Clash of the Titanesses, I thought of this piece and half wondered if Alex was going to try something similar, heh.
At any rate this is an amazing piece. If I was part of your SG/VG I'd be so stoked with a piece like that. Would look amazing if colored as well

We're working on the colors right now, John has some good, out of the box ideas for coloring this that I am pretty excited about.
Don't you wish there was a way to hang things like that in your Base?
I know I do.
The epic battle is made of epic. that's really really awesome, I can't wait to see a colour version
and yes. it would be all kinds of cool if we could place art like this in bases. (bases just need so much QoL right now)

Legion of Valor's Epic Battle by John Becaro
This project has been a long time coming and we finally have the inks done! This is one of the largest and most detail intense battle scenes I've ever seen drawn and I couldn't be happier to be a part of it!
Featured are heroes of Legion of Valor (Victory Server) and its sister group, the villains of Fallen Legion (also Victory). Most characters are battling their evil alter-egos while other heroes are battling their arch-nemeses.
I think John did an amazing job on this, it took a while, but he was always quick to answer my emails and work with me. I'd recommend him to anyone for commission work.
This picture also captures something else that's happened to Legion of Valor in recent years, we're full of art-skanks now! Several members of LoV have vast art collections. We also are proud to have several amazing artists in our ranks.
Thanks for making this art possible, LoV!
