1. I honestly don't think that Gill was copying any Wolverine shots. I've drawn a number of "clawed scrappers" and it's VERY easy to fall into the "wolvie vibe" when plotting it out. Trying to show a figure with claws out... and not making it look like wolverine, it quite hard actually. Heck, even girls can sometimes take on that vibe.
2. It's obvious that Gill is not able to complete your prize (for whatever reason). So, in the spirit of forum harmony, I did up this Patriotic Pose for ya. It's not at Gill's level, but maybe you'll accept it as your prize instead.

Duuuuude. Wow. The willingness of the community to step in is amazing. As a new person to commissioning arts (MMOArt was my first commission experience and the worst), seeing this camaraderie is rapidly improving my willingness to want to commission more arts in the future... funds pending

And I've been away from these boards too long. Juggling a lot of work and dealing with a plethora of health problems stops me from jumping on the bandwagon to help out folks who haven't gotten their pieces. Waking up to being unable to feel your fingers is ALWAYS fun and enjoyable...sigh.
TA, as I type, I'm getting confirmation from the printer on your piece printing, there will also be, as I said, extras in your loverly package. So problems with the print withstanding, you should have something by roughly early next week.
If Gill IS reading, and people HAVE NOT received their prints, I'd offer to take the files from him and print them out with my newfound printer. My printer (as in print store not my own personal printer) can do poster size work, and I while I'm currently unemployed (but employed, long story) I have some free time on my hands.
