There is just sooo much wrong with that video. Notice the absense of women. (But I'm sure there are plenty of places where that wouldn't be true. Just look at the proud moms of suicide bombers.)

Painting it that way makes me glad I'm such a protective mom...not so protective tho that I didnt buy my 8 yr old a skate board. I have visions of Tony Hawk flitting through my head. Altho some kid down the street told him his board sucks and that it's a baby board.. I'll show him baby board...I'm not so old that I can't ollie on his ***

That's the frame of mind where Shreading Moms can get you jail time, depending on the extent of their injuries.

Being a mom has nothing to do with it. If he doesn't help with you making dinner, maybe you shouldn't feed him.

Somewhere, here in Michigan, there are men (or at least one of us) who do laundry, clean, and take the midnight shift of baby-feeding. I cooked for the first three weeks she was home, too.

I will accept a consulting fee for training him, if you like.

Heck I clean, do laundry, make the bathroom spotless, drive my wife nuts because I've done everything practically when its a day off for me she tells me do I have to cook, I say no, I ordered out or picked something up (I don't cook to well), she's cracked on me sometimes saying "Ya know, you keep doing this I might get bored being married to you." I just laugh. Either way earns me my game time so I'm happy with that plus other things that say thank you in a special way.

On Mo's day's off HE does the midnight feedings, he lets me sleep for as long as I want..even makes me breakfast. He does this because this is the time he gets to spend with his children. Giving me the one or two days off a week is fun for him. Granted he's not Susy Homemaker and neither am I but on those days we all have fun. I get my much needed rest and he gets face time with his 4 boys

First practice with the little league team. No fatalities.
I consider that a success.
That, and my son's not the worst on the team.

Let's see....I don't cook.....I'd love to, but I don't have the patience. I do laundry, and I really do the cleaning. (I am an only child, and stuff has to be spotless....she thinks I have OCD....meh.....she may be right about that) I do the grocery shopping, because a) I like to do it at night, because I can cruise the isles at my leisure. b) I like to go to multiple supermarkets. I'm not cheap, but paying a mortgage in NYC, feeding a family of 4 (counting myself, with a fifth member on the way), as well as paying all the bills so my wife can be a stay at home mommy is well EXPENSIVE!!!! Did I mention I live in NYC?!!?!?!

I do all the feedings at night. I have/do sleep on their bedroom floors to protect them from all the "monsters" at night. I read Dr. Seuss books and “The Night before Christmas” EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!!!!!! On my days off I usually wake up first, and take my daughters downstairs, so mom gets some extra shut eye. Especially since "we're" pregnant again. The best part about taking them to the living room is the fact that we watch soccer, and Heavy Metal videos on t.v. They actually like that!!! WOW! And I normally take them to the basement with me when I play CoX on the weekends. So if you do team with me on a weekend, and I am not responding right away.....it's because I am "eating" the dinner the girls prepared, or helping them draw, or something on their chalkboard. It’s a normal life…..
