Outside of the few that I tossed together to show design concepts, Tuft and Znrgy_Xeronus were the two who put out tons of costume options photoshopped up. You're thinking Znrgy's site for the new gods look and my link for that site is dead. I'll dig around and see if I can find a newer one.

No, Sexy Jay does have a site where he's got a bunch of costume piece concepts. I'm not sure where it is though.
your = Belonging to you.
you're = Contraction meaning "You are."
Ur = The name of an ancient Mesopotamian city.
ur = This is not a word.
The site I saw linked to mentioned that the artwork had originally been on a site that had trojans or something, so the artwork was relocated by whoever set up the site I saw. It had sets of characters like "Wielders" and things like that. Don't know if that helps or not.

This is the only one I've seen so far, if SJ actually made this or not, I'm not sure.
He didn't make them some fan did.
Why would Sexy Jay need to draw over the costume creator images for ideas 
I've seen this linked in someone's sig. Check the Sexy Jay thread, that's where I saw it first.

anyone ever find Js webiste...I asked him if he had a link and he said "Naw, i'm going to let you sweat and do some detective work to find it. " I emailed the site above but he says that's not it also it hasn't been updated since 2004

I stumbled across a link in a post somewhere on this board that went to a page displaying a bunch of fan-made costume options that were really cool... the best I can describe them were the New Gods meets Marvel's Ultimate line. I think that Sexy_Jay made them, at least I know his name was on the page somewhere. Sadly I can't find it again.
