You can't get this at a store or site. My friend's wife made it for me all i did was pick the design. (which was very hard, alot of cool pics out there)

Easy, but not cheap for the average client, due to hardware requirements and sizing. Of course you have to submit the actual case-sides for the image-skinning work to be done on the metal. This is no 'vinyl decal' service. It is built to last.
Here is one such site.
Yeah, we work on the size for a while because i was afraid of image break ups and Burly affects one might get when a pictures blown up over sized. He would not cut the holes for the air to cool the computer, i had to do that myself. They did put it on how ever.

I Got it made for my gaming computer for the 4 year Anniversary. What are you doing to celebrate? how are you going to spend it? Playing more villains than heroes? Working on a new Archetype (well it's new to you if you haven't played it
