Nice work. I really like Merino, thats a great looking character. I was going for a similar oceanborn look for my Spines/Regen Scrapper, Land Urchin, I didn't quite nail the look like you did.

I wouldn't necessarily say that, but that's probably because I hold a slight dislike for their recent policies and business decisions. Still, I do see where you're coming from.
Regardless, it's very good. Has a very 'pretty boy' flair about it that I don't often see in CoH art. it's very good! Nice, nice work.

I'd say that the legs should be thinner if he's wearing a skintight pair of scale...pant...things, but other than that, it's still very nice and very cute. 
And yes, a trident/polearm melee set would rock. (Though, that technically goes against my belief that scrappers need more smashing damage sets.)

While as we know the servers are currently down for the Rikti Invasion patch so I decided to open my MS Paint and start doodling art of my CoX characters out of boredom waiting... (I seem to always have CoX on my mind) I ended doodling a pretty good sketch of my favorite new hero Merino. I've decided to post it here for the heck of it and im actually in the mood to draw more sketchs of him on paper and scan it in tonight!
