Just having a little fun. I've thought about trying a shot at a more classic Timms style not so much the bright flat colors, more the watercolor/pastel look...just to see how that comes out.

Nice picture. Although I DO have a question: by "animated" style, do you mean anime style? I ask because based on the picture name I was expecting something that moved.

Good point, the term "Animated" (around these parts at least) seems to also have reference to the "Animated Series" look of cartoon shows like Batman and Superman for Warner Brothers with the art style created by Bruce Timms.
Anyone else feel free to chime in here.

What a great piece! I'm a big fan of that style. And Justice League Unlimited is quite possibly the greatest animated superhero series of all time.

wow, very nice! heh i'll admit I expected something to move, bu as the piece was laoding I thought... oh.. he might mean something along the lines of either anime or the batman/superman adventures. Great job on the Timm style. looks good
