This is an active VG, made by me (Aslovik/ Ace Ice) and 3 other RL friends. We plan to grow this into about a 20-30 active member vg, with good coalitions. This is a PVP oriented vg. We do not rp, but some members may and its not discouraged unless we are seriously PVP'n.
Timezone: PST we are most active between Mon-Fri 4pm-11pm, Fri-sun can be more or less.
We have about 4 50's at the moment. We can farm if needed to help a member or ourselves.
We are looking for active members who want to partake in pvp, and if your already in a steady vg, please have a officer or leader email me about a coalition, coalition members are welcome to help fill up the teams for pvp.
A quickie on me: I'm a x- professional WoW, DAoC pvper, who is playing CoV with RL's for the time being and will continue to probably for atleast another 2 years. I have experince in leading and co-leading not only mmorpg content, but also FPS league content.
Our group make ups will heavily be i12 characters with 1 or 2 corruptors. I plan to run 2 full groups and have them work together to stomp the competition and hopefully fuel some lively group pvp on bolth sides.
I will fill the role of 1 corrupter, Ace Ice is a Ice/Therm so heals, buffs, and slow are all taken care of with this character for at least 1 group although i would love a kin. We are also looking for Kin, Thermal, Rad corruptors, Dark maybe.

Theme/Concept: The Rogue Register is an alternative newspaper in the Isles with a strong activist agenda. The SG is the media company responsible for the paper, and it is not primarily a group of villains, though some do work for the company, not necessarily agreeing with its nobler ideals.
The paper is about investigative journalism, critical social commentary, and scathing criticisms of corruption and oppression. We are actually writing this paper (see website below), and can always use more writers.
Whether a character would fit in the group is entirely up to the player; we impose no thematic restrictions.

Theme/Concept: The Syndicate's membership is comprised of comic book style supervillains. (DCs Crime Syndicate of Amerika as written by Grant Morrison is a good comparison for the general idea, as seen here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crime_Syndicate_of_Amerika )
Primarily, the Syndicate seeks to make the world a better place through population control. While the group has an ultimate goal that can be achieved through a myriad of ways, members of the Syndicate also have a variety of personal goals. To name a few; amassing personal wealth, world domination, having associates watch their back while they conduct experiments, or simply breaking stuff.
Activity: We have about 6 active members. Primary VG hours seems to be about 9PM to 2AM, EST.
Requirements for Membership:
-Potential members must go through an IC interview with one of the SS leaders to be brought into the group on an IC basis.
-A RP background is required at the time you join the group. The only character background requirement is that your character is a supervillain. (Y'know, like Magneto, the Joker, Poison Ivy, Lex Luthor, Black Adam, Cheetah, Mr. Freeze, Darkseid, the Green Goblin, Blackfire, Venom, Killer Frost, Sebastian Shaw, etc, etc.)
-The only visual requirement for characters is a "costume" your character must have when they join.
Tights and/or a cape are encouraged but not required. Really though, the costume can be anything from comic-book tights and a cape to armor to a gimmick outfit like big-game-hunter garb to a stylized military-esque uniform or whatever. It's pretty opened ended, but if you have any questions, by all means please ask us.
And your character only needs to have one "costume" for the Syndicate. Your other costume slots can be used as you please.

Once she had made it to the top, she realized it would be much more rewarding if she could start an organization for other villains like herselfpeople who do not care who is in charge of the world, as long as they do not cut off their supply of caviar and Grey Poupon. The IC justification for the group is that the members pay "dues" out of the monetary proceeds of their bank robberies, like a sort of Amway for crooksbut since there's no such thing as actual "money" in the game, this is strictly RP only and no OOC "dues" are asked beyond playing in supergroup mode.
Activity: I'm not sure how many unique members we haveprobably twenty or thirty, and we are looking for more. Probably most are active during the normal North American hours of evenings and weekends. (There is also a large number of inactive members on the rolls from the group's last major period of activity, but they will not be removed unless and until there are enough new members that we need the space (just in case there is another grant of "X prestige per member" somewhere down the line).)

The howls of mad men and psychopaths echoed down the unlit hallways of Bedlam Asylum as the Archvillain once known as Nimrod stared at the dank walls of his "quarters". If one was not a bit touched in the head before Bedlam, it could be assured that they would be before long. The asylum had been built in the early 1900s and not a penny had gone into restoring the place. Dirty, damp, and dark was all its "patients" knew.
The Zig was a four star hotel compared to this hell. He started snickering at the notion of waxing nostalgic about that place before hallucinatory spiders began moving across his parasite-infested cot... in a place filled with bugs, he hallucinated more bugs. This set him to giggling once more until he noticed it had gotten terribly quiet. Somehow silence in this place was much more unsettling.
Ignoring the phantoms clawing at him from the shadows as more drug-induced hallucinations, he stood and stepped to the wrought-iron door where shadows flowed in through the crack underneath like black water. It only took him a moment, his breath escaping in a white cloud as the temperature suddenly dropped, to realize that the phantoms were real and the black tendrils were reaching up to embrace him, holding him where he stood. Powerless against this potential foe without his suit, he did what he always did in these situations: he laughed.
"How did I get here?" he asked the phantoms writhing about his legs. If death was a worst case scenario, what would it hurt to ask a few questions? Whatever presence this was, it had to have answers.

Theme/Concept: As the VG is based around super-powered patients entrusted to Bedlam Asylum's "care", the members are quite off their rockers. As escapees... who can predict what they'll do next? Take it and run.

We are all veteran players coming from various other large VGs and have a solid, reliable, friendly community that we are eager to expand. Other Details: A quiet and very hands-off VG. We provide the cool name, base facilities (see below), etc and ask nothing in return, though contributions (of prestige, salvage, spare inspirations, etc) are always appreciated. In its current form, the Evil Geniuses are more a backdrop and resource than an active VG. Several motivated members might be able to change this, however.
The base has a full set of teleporters, mission computer, storage bins, salvage vault, IO crafting table, and level 3 empowerment station. It also has an infirmary (with rez station) that doubles as the main lab for RP purposes, and another lab/library. The base does not have an Ouroborous Pillar - Forsythe believes that having one of these mysterious technomagical devices on the premises is an unacceptable security risk. Name: Recluse's Furies
Currently Recruiting: Actively recruiting new Furies of Arachnos.
RP Level: RP Heavy.
PvP Level: No PvP at this point in time.
Theme/Concept: With the gender blending of the Wolf Spiders and Widows, the Furies stand alone as the only all female branch of Arachnos. The Furies preps young Destined Ones and whips them into shape to help serve Arachnos to the best of their abilities.
Activity: We currently have 40 members with more expected with the release of i12. About 5-7 globals are on at a time.
Requirements for Membership: Must be loyal to Arachnos. If you are not good at following orders or servering a higher power, this probably isn't the group for you.
