How do you get this costume?

That's not 'tribal flame'. Rather, that is Sinister (designed to look like spiders), one of the two full suits released in the Good vs. Evil edition, along with Justice, a Booster Pack, and a few other goodies. Most computer stores should now carry it, as well as Smartie... I mean Wal-Mart.

Yes, it's a special release of the game that gives you access to these costume pieces as well as the Pocket D telelport power and the Jump Pack.

It's very nice. The costumes, anyway, the Jump Pack is sort of... annoyingly useful for low-level characters but only lasts 30 seconds at a time.

Good for those of us that are lazy, don't feel like going to the store, or are "Earth Friendly" and don't want to buy extra packaging or a CD-ROM.

I did it for the instant gratification, myself. "Clickety-click-click" and "hey -- instant goodness!"

They don't need to be unlockable, they're available to buy with the other parts of the online pack. Link is above.

I bought them a while ago last year, and it really makes the difference being able to tp to Pocket D for that easy King's Row, Talos, FF and Faultline access, not to mention the villain side areas.

Plus my favorite trick, using the jump pack when you fly gives you a temporary boost of speed that allows you to cross large expanses just that much faster, which if you hate waiting like I do, every little bit counts!

The costume pieces are great to have, and at $10, these items are worth more than the transfer or rename cost imho...

Too bad you can't buy the CoV pre-order Arachnos Helmets! I'd pay ten bucks to get my hands on those!

Heh. Too bad you can't attach more than one to any single account. I know, I preordered from several different stores and tested out the codes myself. Irksome.
