Or Cyclops or Storm or Atom or a lot of other common words. They're trademarked names for popular comic book characters, so even if the character looks completely different, the names themselves would get hit by the generic stick.

Trademarks are tricky things and sometimes the powers that be in this game are too cautious. For example Marvel can't have a trademark on Thor he's a mythological character but they can trademark The Mighty Thor, same with Cyclops... this game has Cyclops for the Cimeroran traitors... Storm and Atom can be trademarked for their specific useage of superhero characters because they're not proper nouns. same with The Thing...
Bishop you might be able to get away with if you make him chess themed or make him an actual Bishop... it's also sometimes people's names.

if it comes back as "name is already taken" then just gotta find who has it
if it comes back as "not availiable" then its probably been generic'd
Also looking for Gunslinger.. Though the ingame name checker said it was taken, I doubt I can have that name due to the Malta's lt. Gunslinger.
