When the Circle of Thorns realized that Duke Manlyname was a threat, they removed his soul and placed it into an emerald to keep him from ruining their plans. However, during an effort to save the unwitting citizen by a group of inexperienced heroes, the emerald was broken and Duke's soul went into the nearest body without one. That body had previously belonged to Shrouded Quill, a spine/dark armor scapper whom had had her soul removed too. With his soul now trapped in the body of another, Duke chose the name Cross Dresser to signify his situation and uses his hosts abilities to fight and find his way back to his old self.

She's a Science (not Magic) Rad/Rad Defender. Had a little bit of a traffic accident involving large quantities of Polonium (the stuff in the Science SO enhancement for healing) being shipped across Skyway City by Kord Industries and ended up with powers. Spends a lot of time laughing at foes like Malta as she tags them with 5 flavors of radiation .

So, I'm back again. This time, I'm gonna be doing an entire series of Toon sprites and avatars.
Yeah, I know, I'm sometimes really busy with schoolwork, but when I'm free, I'll do as many as I can. Here's an example. And here's another. Here's a third for good measure.
So, if you want one, you'll need to fit this critera:
-You can't ask for a sprite avatar of a character I've already done. You also can't request avatars for several characters in a short period of time. If you've gotten one from me a long time ago and want one of another character, that's perfectly fine.
-You'll need a picture of your character for me to use. One where your character is clearly visible, please.
-Finally (this is optional), you'll want a Bio. Sometimes, this can help me scene what's going on in the avatar.
So, I think I got everything that I need to tell you. With that, post those pictures and bios up!
