OMG!!! Where do you guys get Wii's? Don't you have to...like, camp outside the night before? I swear, in our area, that's what everyone has to do right before a new shipment comes in...it's crazy!

They are collecting dust on shelves in some places.

Evertime I go to Walmart, Target, ect. They have plenty of PS3's and 360's (which is odd being this time of the year) but not a whole lot of Wii's. Im sure there are some at a Game Crazy (if you have those around your area) or try a computer store that has console games, those places are usually a gold mine for people seeking systems, since people look for computer parts there.

I got mine in november last year, catching a lucky break at a Toy's R Us. There was a line of 30 people at 7 am, they passed out tickets since they only had 30 Wii's, and i was the unlucky 31'st person... but lucky for me a lady said she was there for a toy and didnt want hers, so BAM! Wii sports for a month!

I work at GameStop and Wii never have Wii's. On Black Friday the 5 or so we had sold in the first 5 minutes. I think it's safe to say Wiintendo has struck gold. hehe Now if they would just manufacture them faster...

My best advice is if you see a Target, Wal-Mart, or some other big store out in the countryside or a small town you might want to stop and check. The chances are pretty good they'll have them...

Nintendo's been steadily increasing production since the initial launch sell-out. They really are just in that large a demand in most areas. Choosing not to compete directly with MS and Sony really paid off for them.

I think the totally different type of controller really helped out. They've got something really new for people to play with.
