Hero = AV-class, yes.
If your SG/VG has a Pillar of Ice and Flame in the base, run any flashback and you'll get the Entrusted with the Secret badge, as you might expect. A villain of mine missed the one early time travel arc and stumbled upon this while looking at missing mission badges.
psychonometric from the faultline arc is good. i got entrusted at level23 on my scrapper

First off, let me say that this is a great guide!
Secondly, I dont know if anyone has said this, (I admit i have not read all the posts in this threat) but when you get the "players under constant debuff" Not only do you get damage and damage resistance debuffed, but according to "real numbers" it debuffs your accuracy too. In my case it was a -1.50 debuff.. I only checked it during one arc, 20-24 so I dont know if that varies with level, but I thought I would let people know.

In the first villain TF against Miss Liberty, she was a Hero. Isn't that the same as an AV?
I know she beat the ever loving crap out of my brute like she was. Even her Cobra Strike was hitting me for 240 points of damage. That is supposed to be a stun with minimal damage.
