Paladin: Urban Ops Aircraft

Designed specifically to conduct operations in tight terrain, the Paladin is best used as a quick response aircraft and an answer by Longbow to the Arachnos Flyer transports. With a normal crew of Three. Paladins can carry a wide variety of mission pods in their lower hull areas, from cargo to support troops, lift is provided by its tilt-engine vectored thrust jets and secondary maneuver jets.

(Wulfie's note: I actually sketched the Paladin in April of '05, about 7 months before CoV came out, LOL)

The Raptor

The Raptor is a one, or two seat four engine (two main and two booster) SCRAMjet craft, capable of operating in atmosphere or in near orbit.

Very cool ship designs! I can't draw mechanical things. Symmetry on that level is difficult for me. How do you do it?

Very nice! I like the designs a lot hehe <^_^>

A Warrior's Friend: ID 335212 - Help Infernal save Valkyrie from Battle Maiden.
Above Mars Part 1: The Wellington: ID 159769 - Save Mars by destroying a monstrous battleship from the inside!

That Raptor design is just incredible! Really impressive designs Wulfie. They look like they could be for the next Wing Commander or a simular game.

On the other hand, i absolutely suck when it comes to living things, LOL

It's been a while since this one was on the forums, so i thought i'd link to the page where this sketch currently resides.

This is the Paul Revere transport aircraft of the SG that Wulfie belongs to.

That is pretty darn cool Wulfie! You have quite the hand and talent with these kinds of drawings.

dont do that many ground vehicles, and i kinda suck at tires, but...

PPD 'Samson' High-Threat Transport

The Samson, this massive vehicle is designed for areas of operation considered extremely hazardous to other PPD units. It's purpose is to carry special PPD units into a hazardous area and provide a mobile command post and support for those units. To this end the vehicle is armored and fitted with solid tires for all-terrain mobility, it carries a number of defensive systems, including force bubble generators, and the turret mounted sonic Banshee Cannon, as well as two rapid-fire 40mm grenade launchers.

It's troop capacity depends on its configuration and troops carried, it can carry all forms of PPD powered armor, Shell, Hardsuit, and Guardians, with facilities to assist their pilots and rearming capacity.

Paragon City Choppers: The Lightspeed

Constructed for a customer who was unfortunately crippled in an operation against Arachnos before he could take delivery, the Lightspeed is powered by a hydrocarbon fuel cell powerplant system and controlled by a fiberoptic control network, the forward wheel is attached to the single stabilized arm, while the rear wheel is more conventionally mounted.

(i hadnt really done any motorcycles in a while, so it was time to do something, albeit a tad anime-ish.)

Very spiffy stuff.

I like how 'clean' everything looks, in particular. Very nice, smooth high-tech feel to it.

These are all incredible. I love the way they all look.

I'm gonna point out one thing, though: they're all going the same direction.
Have you tried some of them at different angles?

What Aerones says--speaks for me also.

I suppose that is my major failing. there's only a limited number of angles I usually draw from, whether from one side 3d, or top down 3/4 view, or from bottom up, or orthographic. I'm not very much of an action artist, i can't draw living things to save my tail, unfortunately.

I dunno, I guess im more technically oriented, *shrug* my apologies, and i'll see if i can change things up, just revert to that particular view since it shows most of the vehicle in question, lol.

Ever try making a perspective lines? Like, have a piece of paper, then put a dot off to one side somewhere, and then draw lines radiating out from that, and that's where your vanishing point is. Then pick some other point on the paper, and draw there, and that might help with more dynamic poses?

Wulfie, do you play Planetside at all? Some of those look like they'd fit into that game world really well. Very well done!

your = Belonging to you.
you're = Contraction meaning "You are."
Ur = The name of an ancient Mesopotamian city.
ur = This is not a word.

Frosty, yes I did play Planetside - at least until the ill-fated Core Combat came out, I played again as a reservist, and figure eventually the bug will hit again.

Rowr, I may try that, like I said i've never been much of an action artist, and there's only so many angles that shows a good view of the vehicle in question.

Speaking of vehicles.... See next!

The SG i am in, the Guardian Force, asked me to make a smaller relative to the team's Paul Revere transport, a more advanced offshoot of the same principles and technology behind the Revere, this is The Midnight Rider
