I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I'm feeling pretty anxious here in the final moments. Can't wait to see how it all turns out. No matter what happens at the end of the day, I wanted to drop a link to my comic for you guys to check out:

www.theneighborhoodwatch.net

Just updated it with my COH submission and a new website. I've posted a few things on hypercomics, but I don't really care for their viewer. Anyway, have a look and let me know what you think!

WHOA! Doc dude, whoa.
I haven't read your other stuff, just "The Lure" and it blew my socks off. Really, The only critique I got is on the cover it says "Only dirt is cheaper" it looks like the "only" is spelled wit a D.

Even though we now NOTHING about your character we instantly know EVERYTHING about your character. Maybe its because we know the batman story, but the old man, the kid, how the man followed him. Your costume (which you make out to be really important, which is awesome) everything was good.

One bit that really blew me away was your circle of thorns chant. "behold a circle ... made of thorns" I was like OH SNAP THE CIRCLE OF THORNS!!! Which is exactly what you wanted.

You sir know how to tell a 9 page story. If your comic doesn't win this mine better.

Glad you enjoyed it J-Man! Guess we'll see what happens when the winners are revealed...tomorrow?! Maybe?!

For now, I'd like to drop a link for the latest episode of Neighborhood Watch, and hopefully get some excitement stirred up for the impending announcement! Good luck all!

By the way, great submission. The double-narrative really does work well.

Very true.

I was scanning through the hypercomics submissions, commenting where I could (until work suddenly went nuts). I forgot all about the off-site submissions.

Been reading neighborhood watch for a while now. You've got some serious talent.

I know I'm not that active on the Forums, but this just goes to show how antsy I am about hearing the results.

Mash F5 like it was Reconstruction in a hoarde of purples.

I can't wait to see if American Prime made it to anywhere shiny.
