Rather kind of you to step up for me MrAwesome and I thank you for it, but I wouldn't worry about it. I called myself the fool and I rather don't mind being the butt of the joke.

My intention wasn't to get LJ to stop drawing these. I actually liked looking at the characters as Peanuts characters and was really one of the reasons I continued to follow the strips. This was where my Marcy comment stemmed from Zekiran. Not, 'Oh look it's Marcy', though, him saying that was a bonus, it was the point that LJ used a more Marcy looking 'style'(?). You know, the thick glasses and all that jazz. As on a couple of occasions she used poses or different styles that looked similar to Charlie Brown himself. Juggertha looked very much like good old Chuck in 3 and Great Brittanic parodied Linus with countless others doing the same.

While, of course I didn't get a belly laugh out of them, they still amused me, but then again I don't think I can say I ever really laughed at the original Peanuts comics. It was still a rather a rarity to find that I hadn't read the strip that day though and could outright say I didn't enjoy it.

I'm sorry my views on the humour upset you LJ. I don't think you should let this fool's opinion get you down.

Apologies to you and all of the 'Nuts readers.

Thank you... and this was exactly what I didn't want to happen, you're absolutely entitled to your opinion. I just couldn't understand why you felt the strip despite it's in jokes wasn't funny to you.

And I should have chimed in earliar, I didn't mean to imply I was going to stop making these, just that I needed a break, because health wise today (back injury) I am not enjoying sitting up...

As to the parody, the poses are what I use most, but this was never meant to be what if the Peanuts Gang dressed up like COH people. It may seem that way, but I wanted to draw the COH people in "short hand form" without inventing my own, which might not look exactly like them in the end.

I've always felt that Shulz's invention of CB, made drawing regular people instantaneously recognizable. Which is why when I take Charlie Brown, put Juggy's armor and mask on him, it becomes more then just Charlie Brown playing dress up.

And for the record I don't think you're a fool in any way, maybe not my biggest fan, but no one said you have to be.

Anyway I am happy to say I am adding 7 more people, so there will be a part 8 to this to come... so with that said, no more flaming, back to the drawing board, and a very big thank you for all the support from everyone.

*hug* As an artist, I know what it's like to have one person point out whatever flaws or other opinions might be out there, and have that hurt a bit. So I kinda jumped in. *splish*

I hope you like Cheap Trick cause that's pretty much the extent of my repertoire. That and rather screechy version of "Goodbye Stranger".

Okay I've sent out 3 final inclusions for part 8, which now has 9 people... and my apologies to Turbo, I will include the alternate versions of you in CON 5!

Tomorrow I plan to finish this, I only have to draw 4 more people, maybe 5, and then I will write up the final 23 people and post them as I finish. The mock ups are done for parts 6 and 7, just have to write the dialog, and part 8 is half done...
