Glad I saw Drakuu last night while browsing DA (they block it here at work).
You did a fantastic job on the tatoos, so good in fact I wondered if you were working from a 3D modeling render. The deep shadows really help to make them shine.
I dare say this is the best I've ever seen of Photoshop Elements.
Nice tones and textures; It has a dark anime look to it.

Finished a piece of my science/tank Drakuu. In the game his face is partially concealed and he wears a hood (and for now it's going to stay that way until I have the alternate costume option), but I unmasked him here. You can see why he's a little self-conscious.
Sorry I didn't get the tribal tattoos exactly the way it is in the game. =/
