Another way to get "free art" of your toon is go to a comic convention with guest artists. Especially if Brian Stelfreeze is there. The first con sketch he does is free... and is usually pencil/pen... and will SMOKE any sketch anyone else could ever do for you. Tony Harris is another who usually does a "First Free" sketch. So run as soon as the doors open. You could also go to their websites and request work... sketches to fully painted pieces of work. Brian can be found at gaijinstudios.com Tony is at jollyrogerstudio.com or could be jollyrogerstudios.com Tell whomever you email that Seaborn sent ya. Good luck!

It's like Sartori said, it seems like obvious enough advice. I was just wondering how awesome it would be to finally have an art of my character so I came here to ask. The obvious thing to do was as Jug's 1-7 point advice states. And it paid off cos LJ did me (and two other people) some amazing pieces of work. I guess he was in the mood. And goes to show this community does have plenty of fine people out there and genuinely generous artists. Long live CoX!
I admire and I value perhaps draw. Even wanted to draw a picture of my main character, but I do not have international credit card for paypal (to pay the artist, I live in Brazil)
