((OOC: Ok here is the setting,
This is a juvenile detention facility; its name is Sergeant Raydens Juvenile Villainy Detention Center, or Sarge Rays Juvie. The headmaster, you will be introduced to in a moment, but this place is not as bright and happy as the Golden Eagle Academy even though it resembles it very much.
Building: Each dorm room will house two villain students; students should be in between the ages of 13 and 17, none older then 19. At the entrance to the gate, which look beautiful, marvelously tended bushes and a grand green front yard, surrounded by a large brick wall. The only entrance is the front gates. They are large and black and made of an adimantium substance; think the stuff captain Americas shield is made of. Atop the brick walls are sensors with cameras and guarding those gates at all times are at least two, sometimes three, Longbow Guards, always either a Tanker and Blaster and the third would be a Defender. The gates themselves are sensors and detect the entrance or exit of the Bracers worn on each inmates wrist; they resemble a smaller version of the watch from Ben 10. The watches blink green when in the right zone, yellow as you near a border and flash a bright red which shows through any and all clothing/armor/etc. Also when this red zone is reached, an instant mental shock is sent through out the entire body of the inmate, completely stunning the nervous system and shutting down the bodily functions. These bracers also shut off students powers completely, unless otherwise changed by an AUTHORIZED teacher, by authorized I mean you have to PM me first and ask. Other then this and the bars, made out of the same material as the gate, on each window of every students room, class room, etc. and the auto lockdown doors, which are the front door, classroom doors and dorm rooms, which close and lock promptly at 11 o clock, the Detention Center is JUST like a replica of the Golden Eagle Academy.
Now I know the complete turn off of powers is a drag, but this is just to insure that there arent escape attempts every couple of posts. If you intend to escape, please PM me FIRST and it will be put into the story arc, if not, expect the longbow guards to catch you immediately and detain you. Each student should be unique, not every villain is a bad [censored] and not every villain has the same I hate the world attitude. I want for this school to be a place where these villains will make future bonds to rise to power in their future lives and become a rival to even the Orenbagen and Arachnos.
Staff- If you have a staff member please PM me the specifics about them first, background, how long they have been working at the school, full description of physical features, powers and any ulterior motives they may have((I would love some of these but only a few and only if approved first))
Other then that, make a character, you all know the format for introduction, the detention facility is new, so I would like for you to all start on the same bus, transferring the students to this school, but if you must, you can be dropped off by a parent, over all have fun and I hope this goes well.))

((Villains))
"Is this REALLY a good idea?" a voice spoke from the left wrist of an armoured hero's arm. "I mean, it is a school for villains... Not only would they have to have been arrested, they are VILLAINS! Somebody will notice, E! Besides, even if those kids don't notice you are, like, six feet tall, I am sure some of them would know your accent."
"Bah, you worry too much, PDA." replied Experiment, pulling another small device, similar to PDA's design, from a box. "Besides, I am not the one going in."
He walked to a panel, pulling it from the wall. Inside were about 30 buttons, each labeled with a name. He hit the top left, and upstairs, on the one hundredth floor of the Paragon City Times, Kevin was sliding down a tube to Experiment 2.0's base underground.
A crash later, the armoured hero stepped over to a teen covered by pillows, which seemed to actually save his life this time. "Heya, Kev. Feel like going to prison?"
--------------------
"Can't believe I am doing this..." muttered a young man, adorned with a dark red and black armoured costume, flowing cape, evil hood and all. He was greeted by one of the Wardens waiting outside for the incoming 'students'.
"Name."
"Hidden Raven."
"Taken."
"...Oh no... You are another John..."
About 15 minutes later, Kevin sighed. "Fine, fine... Black Hawk."
"Taken."
"Shut up already! Okay, fine! I will be... Purple Flurbalot!"
"...Okay, that is authorized..."
"...Don't make me hurt you... Terroricer."
"...Okay, that is a sucky name... But it is open."
"Thank you."
"Now, what is your villain identification?"
"...What?"
"Well, Terroricer is your real name, right? What is your ID?"
"...Go kill yourself."
---------------
After yet another ten minutes, Strawberry Icing stepped through the doorway, led by a new Warden who had previously been told of Experiment's plan.
However, he could not hold back chuckles.
"...How the heck did you get 'Strawberry Icing' again?"
"Look, that guy was an idiot! Not my fault he took the name seriously!"
"Okay, I won't call you that then... Mr. Terroricer... Hehehe...."
The wind whipped the long midnight black hair across the slender face of the slim figure standing atop the roof of the facility. His eyes peered out across the plain and saw the armored bus, filled with his students speeding closer and closer to the front gates. With a small sigh he snapped his neck to both sides.
The badge on the left side of the deep black armor that covered the entirety of his body reflected the bright light of the sun and could be seen from the bus below, like a flicker of a watch from a distance. The plate read Sergeant Rayden, if any of the students could see it from the distance. He was a Sergeant, though he didnt look the part. His long black hair was pulled over one ear and behind the other, the left ear to be precise. In that ear hung a small ear ring, silver and purple and in the shape of a staff and hanging in mid air below it, was a small glowing orb. The same was hidden on the other ear by his dark hair. Small rimmed spectacles sat upon the rim of his narrow nose. His face was smooth, he almost looked like he was only a teenager, though he had been alive to see the birth of the one now known as Statesman, he could remember in detail the fall of Troy and the rise of Rome, the fall of Greece and the reformation into monotheism, but this was all in the past.
The man peered on, both armored hands rested on his knee, while that foot rested upon the rail of the roofing. The armor he wore was fitted to his body, showing how slender he truly was, at the center stood a glowing red phoenix, the same bright red as his eyes. They both seemed to shift in color like a living flame. With a laugh he turned his back on the approaching bus as it entered the gates after a nod of his approval to the longbow guard, Sight Seer, his name was, a good a name as any of these so called well trained guardians of Paragon City. He laughed at the thought, these children thought themselves well trained, the world had never seen the likes of what he would make of these children, his students, his sons and daughters, these he would make into the greatest of their kind, and all under the very nose of the one who suspected him the least, The Statesman, these would be come the greatest villains on the face of the planet and they would all be loyal to him, Fa Lin, the Dark Phoenix
((HAHAHA Strawberry Icing, that gave me a good laugh, lol))
It had all been a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Then
There were sirens and armed guards, shouting at the youth to lay down his weapons... he nearly lunged at them but the eighteen year old stopped himself and slowly let the sword rest at his feet, tucked away in its scabbard.
The guards made him turn around, placing restraints on his wrists before leading him outside of the bank and into a waiting vehicle. He tried to reason with his captors, but they brushed off his questions, closing the door and locking him inside.
A lone guard sat across from him and the young man shook his head, his shoulder-length blonde hair falling in his eyes. "This is a mistake... I do not have time for this."
His voice quiverred with something more akin to sorrow but still the guard ignored his attempt at justification.
After a brief moment a deafening roar filled the cabin and the vehicle shook as it lifted off the ground. The young man's head snapped around, struggling to understand. "This metal beast can fly?"
The guard chuckled, leaning closer and eyed the teenager's clothing draped over a muscular frame. "You're not from these parts, are ya? You from somewhere in the Isles?" His tone was stern and the guard didn't blink as he spoke.
"I am from an island, yes... but nothing like this land of yours. I beg you to assist me. Release-"
The guard cut him off. "Name?"
The youth sighed and lowered his head slightly. "Kayan... Aledor."
The guard snatched a device from its nearby resting place and flipped it open. He began to adeptly move his fingers over the surface and grimaced. "You aren't in the database. I'll need your real name."
Now
Kayan heard the guards call the hulking vehicle a bus and it bounced along the road heading for a detention facility. He wasn't alone and he snuck a quick glance around him, looking over the others that rode along with him.
His spirits sank a little more and his gaze drifted downward to his lap. I have failed you brother. Forgive me.
The bus lurched and Kayan looked out the window. It was difficult to make out anything through the dirty glass but something inside him alerted him that they had reached their destination.
The guards ushered the passengers from the bus and Kayan followed suit, stepping down onto the pavement softly. He adjusted the belt tied around his waist, his sleeveless jacket gaping over his bare chest.
"We're gettin a new shipment t'day," the 'orderly' cheered as he banged on the frame of the infirmary door. "Fresh Meat! Fresh Meat! Fresh Meat!" A pounding of his large fist accompanied each repitition of the chant with a dull thud.
Less impressed was the nurse. Her long dark hair fell over her pale skinned face in such a way that made her seem hidden, perhaps even sad. She had worked in institutions and prisons before, and the arrival of the newest batch of inmates was invariably met with an increase in violence as the newcomers vyed for their position in the social structure. Someone always ended up getting hurt.
She started to tie her hair up in a bun behind her head, and her face was pretty on the surface, but she seemed to be completely detached from her surroundings.
"They call you Meatwagon, don't they?" she asked in a voice that indicated that not only did she already know the answer, but that she really didn't care to have him answer, "I can see why."
"Yep," he said proudly, a crooked grin twisted one corner of his mouth. His bright red hair was almost completely shaved in a pseudo-military style, and his nose told the tale of his many half-won battles. "I guess that makes you Nurse Dahlia," he said, towering above her and flicking the name patch embroidered into her pale blue lab coat with one stubby finger.
She didn't seem impressed.
"I'm sure the children will find you terrifying. Which is fine by me. You're the one who gets to change their soiled sheets," she said, though it was a matter-of-fact statement, with no particular emotion attached to it.
"Here's hopin'!" Meatwagon said with a wide-smiled beam of enthusiasm. "Anyways, I was just droppin' by to get myself a fistful of those sedative darts. Fresh ones. Can never be too careful with Fresh Meat," he said those two words as if he were chanting them again, "Dropping in for a visit. Already got me a nice old supply of flex cuffs. That's a funny name for these things, isn't it?" he asked tangentially, waving one around in front of Dahlia, "I mean, when we was kids we used to just call 'em plastic ties."
"Mmhmm," Nurse Dahlia said, handing the large man a fresh supply of sedative filled syringes, which he stowed in a pouch on his waist, underneath his shirt.
"Oh yeah!" Meatwagon said cheerfully, "Time to maintain the peace!" the large man bounded out of the infirmary, and Nurse Dahlia was glad to have peace and quiet back for however long it lasted.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Name."
"Katsumei Parker," the tiny girl replied. She couldn't have been more than fourteen. Her face, like her name, implied that she was half Japanese and half American.
"Villain Identification."
"Hidden Raven," he said coldly.
"Oh, so you're the one. We had someone else try to use that name before."
Katsumei turned her face away from the man, but said nothing. She gave off a cold wave of apathy. Her gang had betrayed her. How many people had she killed for them? Ten? Twelve? It was hard to remember now, but it had been a lot. When the police came calling they had sold her out for their own safety and immunity. "Katsumei did it!" "She is insane with bloodlust!" "We feared to stand up to her!" What a malicious pack of lies!
The worst part of all, she had brought shame on countless generations of her mothers family. When they captured her, they stole away grandfathers sword. Even the shadows that used to conceal her now seemed to reject her presence. It might have been because of the drugs they pumped into her body, or the shiny gadget on her wrist that the chain of her manacles scraped against as she moved, but Katsumei was now just as helpless as any other girl. It was infuriating.
Now all that was left to do was rot away in this prison, that it was for children made it no less a prison, and bear the burden of failure.
She shuffled onto the bus, aided up the stairs by a guard. They had her in chains, hands at the wrists, feet at the ankles, both connected to her waist. She stewed in resentment, they took everything away from her. Honor; Freedom; Dignity . . . . All she had left was her hatred, and she sat in silence and pondered it as the bus rolled away towards the place she would spend her life until she was twenty-one.
"Christ, I'd sell my soul for a pack of Djarum Blacks right about now."
She hugged herself, shivering in the cold wind that sent leaves rustling through the courtyard. Strands of light-devouring, jet black hair whipped across a pale face. She stubbed one booted toe on the asphalt. Wasn't going to cry. Not here, not now.
"Alone again, Lily-girl," she thought, glancing down at the band that circles her right wrist, its malevolent LED eye glowing green. "Can't feel him...damn well can't hear him. It's like the bonding never started. I wonder if I'm going to get sick again?"
-----------------------------
It had been a reprieve from a death sentance. Acute lymphocytic leukemia...and she'd had a couple months. Maybe three. When the Nictus Vr'ai'l'oin invaded her mind and body, what some people would have considered the end of the world was, to her, an unlooked-for beginning. The alien energy had coursed through her stricken body, renewing, repairing...improving. But when Vr'ai'l'oin moved to complete the takover with a final assault on her mind, a curious thing happened.
The Nictus lost.
The frail, dying goth kid was possessed of a tremendous strength of will and an agile, resilient mind. Resigned to death, Lily was nevertheless adamantly unwilling to permit this possession, this invasion. She fought back, assailing the Nictus' consciousness on multiple levels, and swiftly forcing it to retreat. When Vr'ai'l'oin attempted to break off the attack and flee, she held him fast...at the point of very real death.
A deal was struck. A bonding, a symbiosis, like that offered and freely accepted by a reformed Nictus and its partner in the Warshad pairing. With one critical difference, however: none of the altruism with which a Warshade acted was present in this pair. Vr'ai'l'oin was far from reformed, and Lily Carpenter was no hero. The bitter, desperate anger against a Fate that had condemned her to dying young still drove her, still warped her sense of what was right and what was wrong. No hero, she...
They'd lasted six months.
-----------------------------
Lily raised her head at the sound of an approaching vehicle. A bus.
"More grist for the mill." A smile devoid of the slightest trace of humor passed across black-limned lips.
"And in this moment, I will not run.
It is my place to stand.
We few shall carry hope
Within our bloodied hands."
"Name?"
"Julian Grace."
"Villain Identification?"
"...."
The look given to the man was one of extreme annoyance that seemed to old to be used by the barely 13 year old boy standing before him.
"Julian Grace." The boy repeated, voice colder than a glacier. He had no time for frivolities such as alternate names for himself and seemed insulted by the implication.
Julian was a rather small boy with a pale complexion that came from sitting in front of computers all day long. His dark hair was combed back in a business like fashion that matched his obviously tailor-made suit. Any veil of childhood innocence was obliterated by the cold glint from dark, calculating eyes. Even now, on the bus with guards watching over him, his demeanor was less like that of a prisoner and more like someone who must suffer the sillyness of children.
He took his seat without a word, eyes darting about the bus, running over every new passenger as they came on. Julian may have looked rather mundane compared to some of the darker and/or more unique occupants of the vehicle, but the boy didn't seem to notice.
"You, Bigman, present your name."
The tall, very heavy, rock-coverd wolf grunted and mutterd something along the lines of: "Ragrok The Marauder."
"Villain Idenity?"
The rock-coverd wolf looked at the man asking questions with a very cold look in his eyes, and gave no response.
"Give us a response, now."
Ragrok simply put his fist into the steel wall and shatter proof glass sepreateing him and his interviewer. He and decided not to get a worse name for himself, with out even being off the buss yet. He grunted something that sounded like what he had grunted before... "Ragrok The Marauder." He received several stares comeing from the front of the bus, He was seperated for a good reason, very violent when angred, strength of 5 men, he didnt know his own limits, he was told by his father that one day he could cover himself completely with Granite, and withstand massive ammounts of attacks.
"Settle down, bigman you dont want us to have to tranq you."
Ragrok roared and stomped his foot into the floor. He decided that he didnt want to get a worse frist impression than he already had, and sat down and waited till they arrived at their destination.
((Ragrok is in the back of the bus that Cowman is on, in a sepreate containment section, away from the others and the driver. Ragrok is 6' 5" 340 pounds without stone covering him, 600+ pounds with stone covering him. He is a SS/Stone Brute, his major Stone powers are: Rooted, Earths Embrace, Stone Skin, and Rock Armor. His major SS powers are: A highly tonned down Footstop, Haymaker, Knockout Blow, Punch, Jab, and Hurl Boulder (Comeon, he is a stone, he should have no problem with that one ) He has brownish/black fur, iron chains all over him, brused chest, a few missing fangs, and a thin layer of Rocks covering most of his body at all times (Stone Skin) ))
Sergeant Rayden, or rather Fa Lin, sat in the high back, black, leather chair, facing the window at the top of the building. This was to be his office, though he would rarely be here, but this is where the inmates were to be brought, one at a time, by the idiot who was banging on the walls outside, Meat something
hammer. Meat head, who cares, he wasnt important at the moment. What was important were the names on the list, which of these many inmates would be able, let alone worthy enough to become part of his secret class. He would soon find out.
A long slender hand raised and pressed a button the chair, sounding a low chirp, which would be sent to the corresponding communicator, that of Meaty, FaLin spoke up Bring all the new children to the hall outside of my office, bring several Longbows to keep them in line, notify me when they are all in. He let go of the button and stood, walking away from the seat before any answer could be returned.
A manila folder was held within his other black, gloved hand and he lifted to his face, opened it and began to read through the names.
Terroricer
Kayen Alador
Julian Grace
Katsumei Parker..Hidden Raven
There were others on the list, but he had found the one he had been looking for, This girl should be interesting. He thought as his finger ran over the name Hidden Raven and the other, the young boy, might be amusing to see how he fairs. His eye looked to the wall, a blade sat atop his desk, it had been confiscated in a bust earlier this month, though it hadnt stayed in police custody for long, he wondered if shed recognize it.
The man sighed, this was a very large risk he was taking, if any one of these noticed something suspicious, or happened to be a spy, which there was no doubt that there would be one if not more, his whole plan could be ruined. He needed to be slow and meticulously careful, just how he had been taught.
Dont go searching, let them come to me. he thought to himself as he leaned his back against his desk, his fingers on all sides of the hilt of the blade, though not touching it.
((Thanks for the description, I hope yoyu guys can guess that some how all of you need to be brought up to the hall of the office, by Mechs char and you guys areALL on the same bus.))
In the gym of this new facility, sat a man, contiplating his very excistance. Douglas "Cross Face" Washington was to be the schools new Physical Educational Trainer but he was worried that he might get to aggressive and go back to his past ways. In his hands he held a small holographic player. Setting it up on the bleachers Douglas watched his last parole hearing.
The room was well lit. Sitting behind a table stood three people Douglas remembered quite well. Officer Jase Childs, JUdge Judy Brown and of course, The random hero how had made a name for himself by captureing the wanted fugitive known as "Cross Face" .
Douglas scratched his head trying to recall that Hero's name. While the hologram kept playing.
"Douglas "Cross Face" Washington, you have been found guilty of murder in the first degree, numerous counts. You have been found guilty of murder in the second degree, numerous counts. You have been found guilty of manslaughter, numerous counts. You were sentenced to life in prison without the possiblity of parole." Judge Judy read.
Douglas smiled at that last statement. He had always found it funny that he got one chance at parole and had been accepted for it.
"Due to your recent good behavior and the state's pscholigist's numerous letters, we have been forced to give you a parole hearing. Mind you, Douglas you will not be released ut of prison but you will be transferred to a new school for troubled teens."
Sergeant Raydens Juvenile Villainy Detention Center has all the comforts of a maxium security prison and there you will counsel teens on Anger Management and constructive ways for them to vent their frustrations"
Douglas looked around the state of the art gymnasium that was now his home. From nautilious weight machine to the very best in climbing walls this gym would mold strong, independant teens into the Heroes of tommarow.
" One last thing before you go, Douglas. Your sentence is still life in Prison but you have been given the chance to redeem yourself. I hope that none of us ever have to see you back in this institution.
Douglas turned off the holographic player and walked to the showers. The new students would be arriving any time soon and Douglas needed to be presntable. Grabbing his black slacks and the Detentions center staff shirt, Douglas slide them over his marble body. The rough edges of his rock skin catching ever so often on the fabric of the clothes.
Now that Douglas was dressed he looked at himself in the mirror.I use to be an African American, Douglas thought to himslef as he touched the marble like stone that covered his body. I use to be an all american wrestle with a good future. Douglas slowly touched the power bracelt it's green indicating that he was were he was suppose to be.
Douglas slowly kneeled placing on hand on a small book. "Dear God, give me the strength to teach these kids, so that one day that might not have to be in the situation that I am in." Douglas preyed.
Standing at his full 7'4' frame, Douglas pressed the intercom to Sergeant Raydens office. "Is it time to meet the kids?"
OOC- WIll post a Hero Corps page on him so you can see what he looks like.
Kevin sighed, leaning against the the seat he was on as the banging began from the back.
"Great. One minute, I am working on a cover story for the Paragon City Times. Next minute, I am talking to a stupid Longbow guard who didn't listen and gave me the stupidest name ever. NEXT minute, I am stuck on a bus with a bunch of delinquents and some insane guy in the back. Could my day get any [Censored] better?" Strawberry thought to himself, sighing once again.
He was now bored. The shackles on his wrists had temporarily frozen his powers, so he could not longer fire burts of freezing cold energy or control water. Not only that, he felt weaker.
Being a spy sucked.
A beep came from his radio, and Meatwagon lifted it to his mouth.
"Go ahead," he said.

"You got it, boss," he replied, heading out to the yard.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The day was hot and miserable, the road leading up to the walls and lush gardens of Sergeant Rayden's Juvenille Detention Facility were, sterotypically enough, dusty and unpaved. The bus bounced roughly, having little in the way of shocks left after years of service going to and from the minimum security prisons on the outskirts of Paragon.
It pulled up to the gates, which opened up after a moment. Anyone on the bus could easily see the brightly colored uniforms of the Longbow men stationed on the walls. Some patrolled, some stood vigil, all of them payed strict attention to their surroundings at all times.
The bus pulled to a stop and the fence rolled closed behind them. Once it was locked the guard at the gate flashed a signal to a Longbow Tanker, who nodded to the bus driver. The driver idled the bus, and let some air out of the "kneeling" system with a hiss. The bus shifted slightly downwards, and the doors ground open.
"Single file!" the Tanker yelled into the bus, "That means one at a time! Now, from front to back you will exit this vehicle. You will then line up single file at the red line from left to right! You know what red looks like? This is red," he said, pointing to the red Freedom Corps logo emblazoned across his chest, "Move, now!"
Glancing from side to side Katsumei saw that she was first, and so she stood, her chained feet marching in awkward steps off the bus and towards the far left of the red line.
At that moment a light rain began to fall.
"You can not be serious," she said in disbelief.
((OOC: Please forgive the linearity of the thread thus far. It will ease up after the first "day." Also, please feel free to introduce a teacher or other NPC, everyone is both welcome and encourged to make one! So far the only positions filled are: Headmaster, Nurse, Orderly, and Phys Ed/Anger Management, so virtually everything is still needed!))
"Squshie open door." Ragrok growled at the guard who just stared back, with disgust, the guard opend up the containment room.
Ragrok The Marauder stepped out with a huge ammount of noise, he stood there looking blankly at the others, he was missing a few teeth from his recent capture, his chest still bruised from then too. "What you lookin' at?" He asked the person who was stareing at him. "Nothing? Me thinks so." He spit at the person who was stareing at him.
((Thanks MEch, he is the co-GM of this thread, whatever he says goes, unless i over rule it myself. Virtually all teacher positions are open, just please PM or Mecha before putting one in, for approval purposes.))

Jimmy Shanks looked down at the saliva on his shoe. He hadn't actually been staring at the rocky creature in particular, just sort of looking in that direction. He didn't bother trying to correct the thing though, but simply sighed in a reserved manner and shoved his hands in his jacket pockets as he stood to exit the bus.
Jimmy didn't look like a 'delinquent'. He wore normal looking clothes with a hooded jacket that was looking a little on the worn side. An unruly mess of brown hair sat on his head looking rather untended. The glasses rounded off the look of an everyday 17 year old.
Following the line of students out of the bus, Jimmy stood with shoulders slightly hunched in the light drizzle. He kept his demeanor closed off, isolating himself from the others around him. Yet beneath the hair that hung slightly in his face, his eyes flicked about the school as though searching for something.
=========================================
Julian walked out in line with the others, giving another annoyed glance at the clouds overhead. Rain. Another annoyance. Standing with his hands behind his back, he waited impatiently for things to get a move on.
Terroricer stood in the line, smiling behind the mask he had on as the rain hit his head. He loved the rain, couldn't get enough of it. He loved the wind too, but the rain was his favourite kind of weather.
However, a shove from another inmate brought him out of his reverie. He followed the group, scowling. Or, at least, what he thought was a menacing scowl. He wanted to look the part if his mask were ever taken off.
Ivy stared at the others on the bus as she soaked up the delicious sunlight that was filtering through the window. She watched the leaves growing between her fingers again and was relieved that she wouldn't have to endure the painful existance of trying to live as a regular H.Sapiens anymore. True that she was supposed to be being punished for what she'd done to the judges at the science fair, but she looked at it a different way. What was so bad about this? I mean she could live off the sunlight and didn't have to keep pulling the leaves out of her body when they sprouted. "What do I care if I look like an overgrown shrub?" She asked herself. The sun was delicious as always. The bus creaked to a stop and she was forcibly removed. She looked at the school yard and a faint smile appeared on her face. "Home sweet home." She said. The Longbow looked at her.
"You're being punished because you were bad. Don't enjoy yourself or you won't be punished. Whats your name Plant girl or something?"
"Ivy Bramble is what I was called at school. My actual name is.." She said.
"I don't care what your name is Bramble. Behave yourself and we'll never have to see eachother. Try to escape and I'll lock you away so far you'll never see the sun and will live off..."
Ivy had already started ignoring him. She unbuttoned her jacket and let the leaves on her shoulders flutter in the breeze. "I don't care what that Longbow thinks or anything. I am going to enjoy it here more than among my parents and those normal humans." She whispered to herself.
((Ivy is basically human with a few exceptions. She has small vines intwining her hands that wrap around her fingers with very small leaves instead of fingernails. She also has leaves sprouting from her shoulders and her legs are a little woody. It doesn't affect how she walks. She CAN eat normally though she prefers photosynthesis and will always seek places out where she can get sunlight. The best way to punish her is to lock her away without access to the sun for a week. She tends to have a bit of contempt for humanity and was locked up for crossing a Jumping Cholla Cactus with poison Oak for a school science fair project and accidentally killing the judges.))
When the guard approached the next convict on the bus they were surpised by the blonde haired women that approached them.
"Name.", the lead Longbow guard said. The silence echoed throughout the bus.
"Name!", the lead Longbow guard asked again this time very aggiatated?
Still silence echoed in the bus. Grabbing the dog tags around the silent female convict the guard read her name.
"Princess Circe' Inoruhiu of the planet Epuce VII. AKA Cross Breed" The lead guard read while chuckling. "Well Miss Princess welcome to juvie, move your [censored]." he said as he grabbed her by the shoulder and forced her to the front of the bus.
She spun around and looked at the guard that had just man-handled her. "When I get out of here, earthling-man, I shall kill your children and your parents, leaving you with only yourself to blame for your stupidity in touching one of Royal Blood." She said through gritted teeth.
THe guard looked at her with vengence in his eyes."Move your [censored] little girl!"
((OOC: Ok well this is what a few Rpers have been waiting for, It failed the first time around, but there is a new Idea behind it and a new GM and hopefully the support of my fellow rpers, so if you need to know the rules, I think they were best quoted in this

((OOC: First off, Id like to thank Leogunner immensely for compiling all of that information! Im saving that in a folder right away, I can never remember who all the teachers are, much less who plays them! Great job, buddy!
Second, I thought that Id lay down a few rules. I havent done this as of yet, but I figure now would be a good time, just because weve got a few new people joining and its always nice to clarify exactly whats accepted to players.
No godmoding. Seems easy enough, but I feel I should elaborate to really express what I mean by this.
Be realistic. Okay, stupid way to put it in a super hero RP, but I dont know how else to get it across. Heroes should have a theme to their powers. Try to keep consistent with power sets, though I dont mind if you throw in extra stuff. I mean, Im not constricting you to pick two power sets and stick with them, just make your powers make some sense. Like, dont have a hero that can fire off energy blasts, set things on fire, freeze everything, take over a victims mind and manipulate gravity to throw them into the sun all while being intangible. Gross overexageration there, of course, but you get what I mean, I hope.
All characters are the same level. Also, they ARE in training! Remember not to make them too grossly overpowerful. Weve got about a dozen students here, dont have your student find the perfect solution and make all the others obsolete. Oh, and dont say that your hero has taken down villains like Crey and Vahz or anything, its just silly. Saying they beat villains of your own creation are alright, I could care less, but dont say they put away a villain thats actually in the game. They arent more powerful than them, thats just part of the RP, it makes it fun. Had a large problem with this in Supervillain 101, which I believe is why it died.
No hitting the alpha villains! I will do that for you! I dont mind if someone knocks out a henchman in an action post without my say so, in fact, it would be super annoying if they didnt, but leave the reactions from the big guys to me. Every one of my villains is different, has different weaknesses, and reacts different from one another, so while something may seem unstoppable to one of them, it may be easy to dodge or block for another. Just let me deal with the hit parts of it. Tell me what happens, how youre attacking, all that fun stuff, but I get the final say. This is generally the drill for any RP on the boards, but Id like toconfirm it here. This doesnt mean that youre always gonna miss or that youre attacks will never have any effect, its just that Ill be the one to decide.
Now for some general rules .
No beginning story arcs without my express permission, which will not happen for a while, because not only do I have a lot to do to get my story rolling (yes, I do have a very large story prepared for the school year, and have had it for months now), but I've got several people who are already running stuff in the near future.
No OOC arguments! If someone does something you don't like, make sure to express your anger in a polite fashion, don't blow up on people. Insulting another RPer will result in an immediate expulsion of your character and you won't be asked to come back. Dont be a Lazarus.
Make your character fit into a school setting. Meaning, no adults in high school. (hehe, Ramier)
One last rule, be patient! There are players who can't post as often as others, especially during the school year, and it may be necessary to wait a day or two for a response. As the GM, I feel that I should be getting responses up as quick as possible, so if I make you wait for more than a day, feel free to send me a PM, as I may have missed your post or forgotten. I really dont want to leave anyone behind, but I also tend to read through quicker than I should and could easily miss something. Like I said, please feel free!
I know, lengthy, but thats all Ive got for now unless I decide to throw down some amendments! Thanks for reading, everybody!))
