Juvenile Villainy 101(Open Rp)
((sorry got caught up in stuff))
Jason came to with a start. "Whoa....blacked uout for a bit.Oh, yeah. I was going to.... WHAT THE HECK!" Jason cried. "What the heck is that thing?" Jason asked with his leg poised to smash it.
Dahlia smiled at the girl for a moment. Her smile seemed to be a mask of barely contained sadness, but for the Nurse that was normal.
"It's nothing to worry about, Lily," she said, putting a hand on the girls shoulder. She seemed to have a very good idea what the look on the younger girls face meant, "It's just a checkup."
And with that she excused herself and went about her original agenda.
((Ok everybody, sorry about the delay. I've talked to Openursoul and he's having some internet related problems which he's working to resolve. So, for now, if everyone would be so kind as to PM me a detailed description and background of your character that would be great.

As the last of the children descended the staircase from the Warden's Office, Meatwagon cleared his throat and spoke over the background noise.
"Alright! You've met Mr. Washington here," he said putting a hand on Douglas' shoulder, "You're probably going to learn to hate him almost as much as you're going to hate me. Let's get one thing straight! I don't give a damn what you think. You're here because your brains don't know how to form good ideas in the first place!
"Pay attention! This building is laid out from north to south, so we describe things using those directions! This is the main hall. There are two doors on the west, one double door on the east, a window that overlooks the excercise yard to the north, and south of you is the door to the bus stop. It is the single most heavily guarded position outside of Ziggursky Prison, so for your sake you'd better just pretend it ain't there!
"Face west!
"The two doors you see are, on the left, the laundry room," he walked into the laundry room and had a word with one of the workers there, who was obviously an inmate. THe worker nodded and wheeled out a cart full of blankets, pillows, and uniforms.
"Everyone take a single blanket, a single pillow, and a uniform. They're made of some fancy kind of Longbow material that conforms to the body, so they are very literally one-size-fits-all, from the tiniest of tiny girls, to that angry looking big guy over there."
After everyone had their provisions, Mr. O'Shea walked to the other door on that wall and opened it. "This door on the right leads to the West Hall. When you enter it you will immediately turn right and see a row of doors. The ones that are important to you are: The Infirmary, the Showers, and the double door at the North end is the Auditorium. There is one door on the right, it will take you out into the yard, where there are basketball courts, a football field, and a garden."
Mr. O'Shea lead them into the auditorium. It was a very large room with many rows of seats arranged around a small stage at the far end.
"This is where you'll hear the mornings announcments, and every Saturday is movie night. You'll notice that there is only one double door leading here, so we use one door for entering and one door for exiting. They are clearly marked."
He lead them back out into the room they started in, this time throwing open the double doors on the East.
"This is the cafeteria. Take a good look at it cause you people won't be seeing it again until tommorow. I can't belive that nasty girl thought you people didn't look hungry, but whatcha gonna do? She's the princess."
The cafeteria was filled up by several rows of long bench-style seating. The lunch-line (empty now since the area had been closed off) was at the far East end of the room, and another double door could be seen at the North side, which Meatwagon lead them towards. He took out a keyring and unlocked a padlock that was chaining the door together. and pulled the doors open. He nodded at a dark-skinned Longbow guard, who joined them on the tour.
"This is the East Hall, and it's where you'll be spending most of your time. On you left you can see another door that leads to the exercise yards. On your right you'll see two guard posts. We are passing the first one. That leads to the South Wing. You lucky people have been assigned to the North Wing."
The Longbow at the North post opened up a gate, everyone filed inside, and there was another gate in front of them. The Longbow guards closed and locked the gate behind them before opening the one that lead into the cellblock.
"Each cell has; One bunk bed with two bunks, semi-private bathroom, and two combination bookshelf and desk stations. Lights out is at ten PM," Meatwagon picked up a clip-board. "Listen carefully, you are about to be assigned your cells. You are in North Wing. Block one is on the left, Block two is on the right. Tiers one to and three are ground level, one flight up, and two flights up. Your cell assignment will be given in this fashion. Block-Tier-Cell. For example, N1-2-01 is left side, one floor up, first cell. None of you are getting that one, cause it's already occupied by Ink Dyne and Jason Marx, so leave them alone. The assignments are as follows:
"N1-2-02: Aledor, Kayan. Shanks, James.
"N1-2-03: Parker, Katsumei. Icing, Strawberry.
"N1-2-04: Grace, Julian. Bramble, Ivy.
"N1-2-05: Ragrok XVI. Your roommate is a veteran of our little school just to keep you honest, big guy. Carmody, Lily.
"And if the Princess ever get's out of the Ivory Tower, she can preside over you from N1-2-06, down at the far end of the block.
"Enjoy your stay."
((At this point feel free to mingle freely and explore the facility. Have fun! If you're having a hard time picturing the layout, it's pretty much in the shape of a U. The laundry, nurse, and auditorium are on the left, the cafeteria and cells are on the right, the room with the wardens office is at the bottom, and the yards and garden are in the middle. It's surrounded by fences and walls all around, so think of the outside area as a U inside an O Hope that helps.))
Suddenly, a plan popped into Ink Dyne's head, a brilliant plan if it worked.
A plan that involved Jaws.
A plan that would set her free.
"Jaws, come out," she whispered.
----
Jaws scuttled up onto the bunk. Through the link they shared, shared by all plant-controlling Dominators, it knew what to do.
Ink Dyne has a plan. She always does. I will follow her plan.
Jaws moved behind her, and suddenly it wrapped two tendrils around her head. Two more around her neck, and the last two went around her waist.
----
Inky closed her eyes and concentrated. There was a wall before her, a blanket covering her mind. In this image, she charged headfirst at the wall and it it with an almighty thump.
It seemed to slow down. The imaginary wall slowly bent outwards as if it was made of rubber.
"Jaws, lend me your strength," she whispered.
With all her force and Jaws's, she pushed at the wall, and suddenly it shattered into a million pieces. Her mind felt sharper and clearer than it had been ever since she came to this jail.
But her mind wasn't the only thing that had broken free. Faster than the eye could follow, a single huge black Thorn popped up from each of her wrists, impaling the lights on the bracers and shattering the surrounding metal.
Ink Dyne smirked as the bracers fell away from her wrists, huge black Thorns sliding out of each and every one of the myriad rips in her suit.
This had turned out better than she'd expected.
But now wasn't the time. She could summon vines again, and she needed allies. She had a plan for this too.
Vines shot up out of the ground, grabbing the bracers. They expertly fitted every little shard back together, then broke off (still holding the bracers in place), hardened, and died.
Inky slipped the dead bracers back on and turned to Jason, the Thorns retracting and disappearing quickly.
"It's okay. Jaws is a friend. It wouldn't hurt a fly. Okay, maybe a fly..."

Kevin cringed at the mention of his alias.
"Crap." was his only thought.
"I am going to be the laughing stock of this place until Experiment gets me out of here..."
---------------------------
Meanwhile, back at the overly-teched ranch...
"Damnit!" 2.0 yelled, smashing a radio down, "Lost contact AGAIN!"
"*Sigh*... What happened this time, you big cherry?" came a sarcastic voice... Well, from everywhere, really.
"Number one, do NOT call me a cherry. Number two, I will tell you PDA. This damned radio will not let me get in contact with the Longbow Wardens and the higher-ups into the Juvenile Detention Center.... I think we have a problem."
"Well... Couldn't you just use your vid-screen?"
"Malfunctioning."
"Uh... Your intercom to Miss Liberty?"
"Restraining order was put into effect. Had to shut off the intercom."
"Well, why won't the radio work?"
"Lack of batteries."
"...Why don't you just get more from your desk?"
"...Well, see, I set an auto-lock sequence to initiate about three minutes ago. I usually get out about five minutes early, but I got too wrapped up in my radio. The thing is, it can only be deactivated from outside."
"...Are you serious? You can't really be THAT stupid!"
"No! I just... Lack forethought is all..."
"Lack the forethought that maybe you MIGHT be late to get outside and not have the ability to get out at all?!"
"...I have to build a tunnel out of here some time..."
"...Idiot. Wait, how will the Wardens know to give Kevin information and not treat him like a criminal? You made sure they did that when you arranged this, right?"
Experiment had a blank look for a second, before slamming his head into his worktop. "CRAP!"

Douglas followed the students procession until they got the corridor leading to the gym. With a slight wave Douglas headed back to his prison cell the facilities gym. He would a good nights sleep if he was going to work with the students tommarrow.
Inky opened the cell door, but before doing so, she reached into a pocket and pulled out a pad of paper and a pencil. She handed them to Jaws.
"If you need to talk to Jason, use this. You know how."
Jaws nodded.
Inky walked out the door, shutting it behind her.

Kayan held the uniform in its neat bundle tightly, slowly walking up to where he was to reside.
He quietly opened the door and stepped inside, placing his newly acquired belongings on one of the modest cots set up therein. He turned slowly and knelt, sitting on his heels and began to breath deeply with his eyes firmly shut and his hands resting palm down on his thighs.
As a guest in someone else's castle, he felt it best to wait and meditate until he was summoned.
Katsumei, whose chains had been removed by now, slid into her cell. She sized up Kevin with a hateful glare, and pushed past him. How could they be so irresponsible as to put boys and girls in the same cell? She dropped her things onto one desk and hopped up onto the other. Her legs pulled up to her chest, and her bright blue eyes watched her roommate coldly from behind a cascade of long black hair.
"So," she finally said quietly, "Strawberry Icing? What's that about?"
It might have been a terrible name, but it was a fantastic ice-breaker!
Circe' exhausted body slumped to the floor. Her throat was hoarse from her yelling, her hands numb from banging on the door. If this was earth she would rather be back in space. Laying on the floor Circe' extended her forarm spikes. Unable to do antthing with her right arm spikes Circe' sent her left forarm spikes in motion. A soft purring sound came from her cell. Curling up inot the fetal position Circe' would wait until she was released.
Ivy glanced around and then walked into the room found the cot near the window and sat down. She had so far seen nothing of her "Roomate" and didn't really know what to expect. So far the administrators had all been expecting her to be the same dim-witted hellions that inhabited the bottom floor of her old apartment building. She giggled to herself as she remembered what had happened after those hellions had beaten her up. It had been the first sign of things to come. She felt her leaves rustling in the weak sunlight coming through the shatter proof glass. "Well I wonder when this mysterious Julian Grace will show up." SHe muttered to herself.
The shadows of Circe cell sprang to life of, seemingly, their own accord. They began to grow draker and darker until the room was so dark that nothing could bemade out at all, even witht he sharpest of eyes.
Suddenly and in several different places, glowing red eyes shone through the darkness. The Master welcomes you.... several voices hissed simultaneously. Just as the chorus of hissing voices ceased all the red eyes dissipated and were replaced by one pair of glowing green eyes. A hand reached out and stroked the young prince's cheek. "Your screams will go un-answered, your commands will go unheeded, in hear I am the Leader. If you learn that now, maybe your situation," the glowing lights illuminated the little cell dimly, but enough that he could be seen motioning around the cell, "can be helped."
The man leaned in close to Circe's ace, his dragon like features would strike fire into the hearts of the most daunting adversary or ally, unless their mental barriers were as unpenetrable as that of SisterPsyche. He slowly began to plant the seeds of fear adn respect in her mind.
"You hate this planet, you want to be home again, yet you are a half breed, so you have no place. Make your place at my side, as one of MY children and when this world is over run, I shall give you your planet as a reward."
The statement wasn't said diabolicly, just casually, as if they were old friends having a conversation, but his eyes locked with hers and she would feel the full extent of how truthful he was being and how powerful this man truly was.
He awaited her answer...

"My, I don't believe I've ever been called 'mysterious' before," the barely 13-year old grinned as he entered, nodding politely to his roomate. "Though I'm afraid the label may be a bit too dramatic for me." He studied the room with a casual air, though his eyes were careful to take in every inch, including the ceiling.
After his brief examination, the boy seemed to remember where he was and held out a hand to the girl with a smile that was much too business-like for a child his age.
"How do you do," he greeted respectfully if a little coldly. "Julian Grace."
Ragrok had caught up with the group just intime to hear his room assignment, he was with a 'veteran of the prision', this was going to be fun. He looked around, he felt rocks falling off of his body hitting the ground below him, he felt suddenly weak, the power suppressor was working on him.
"Ragrok feel sick." He stated then followed up with a roar. Slowly regaining his strength he followed the group again.

((Yes.))
Jaws took the pencil and paper, then skittered away from the foot and jumped up onto Inky's filthy bunk, scribbling furiously.
It held up the pad:

Kevin sighed audibly, even through his mask. This was going to be a looooong day...
"I was brought here through the higher channels... They decided to first send me to some guy who seems just like someone I know. Wouldn't let me pick any good names, so I decided to joke around and say 'Strawberry Icing.'"
He hung his head. "It stuck. Damned sarcasm-lacking Longbow...
"Anyway, since it seems we are going to be hanging out for a while... Apart from being captured and put here, how has your day been going?" the hero asked casually, as if nothing was out of the ordinary.
Ink Dyne slowly crept along the wall, then turned a corner. There was another door there, and she was terribly bored.
One very thin Thorn shot from her index finger. Slowly, Inky moved to the lock and inserted the Thorn.
After a bit of tinkering, the lock clicked open. She slowly opened the door.
Inside were two people.
"He-llo. I'm Inky. Trying t' get t'know people here," she said to Kevin.
She slipped into the cell and shut the door behind her.

Circe' hadn't noticed her cell growing darker. The eyes that popped out of the darkeness went unseen.
[ QUOTE ]
The Master welcomes you.... several voices hissed simultaneously.
[/ QUOTE ]
Circe' was shaken by all the voices. Had she gone completely insane she wondered? Opening her eyes she viewed the male in her cell. He wasn't quite human but he wasn't alien enough to frighten her.
[ QUOTE ]
"Your screams will go un-answered, your commands will go unheeded, in hear I am the Leader. If you learn that now, maybe your situation," the glowing lights illuminated the little cell dimly, but enough that he could be seen motioning around the cell, "can be helped."

"Your the HiveFather?" Circe' asked in barely a whisper. Gathering her strength Circe' looked at the strange male who was getting closer to her face.
[ QUOTE ]
"You hate this planet, you want to be home again, yet you are a half breed, so you have no place. Make your place at my side, as one of MY children and when this world is over run, I shall give you your planet as a reward."

Circe' could fell the hate boiling in her blood. She did hate this planet. She did want to be home again or at least back in space. The male was right she was a half-breed. She didn't belong here or on any other planet. She hated that her mother had sent her away, had abandoned her. This strange male was offering her a life, a chance at revenge. Circe''s blood was boiling with hatred but her mind was churning even faster with visions of granduere. This male talked to her like her mother did in the pendant. Perhaps this male was the alpha. She could feel the power iminate from this male and she wanted some of it. She also felt strangly comfortable around this male.
Looking directly into this males eyes Circe' smiled showing her rows of razor sharp teeth. "I will do as you ask. HiveFather."
Katsumei shrugged at Kevin a little bit and shook her head, indicating that her day had been rather uneventful except for the getting thrown in prison 'thing.'
"The Longbow's surgically remove sense of humor and free will as part of their training regiment, I think. Why didn't you already have a name," she aked pointedly, just as Inky slipped into the cell and introduced herself. Since she hadn't addressed Katsumei, she just sat on the desk and unfolded her uniform.
Bright orange?!
She made a disgusted face and flung it onto the top bunk.
((BTW; Squiddy, and pretty much everyone, all the 'doors' are open and unlocked right now to let the new people in. They actually can't be locked except during Light's Out, which doesn't start until 10 PM. For sake of arguement, let's say that it's about 5:30 PM. Just before when dinner would normally be served. End result, it was much easier than that for Inky to get in if she wants to! ^_^ ))
Ragrok stumbled around, everyone could tell where he was just by the sound of his normal feet pounding into the floor. Ragrok walked down to the gym for training, he somehow felt that he would need to stay in shape for the duration of his stay here. He pushed the gym door open, and jogged over to a near by wall with a tackleing slead with a settable weight/resistance.
He grunted at the complexety of the simple machine, he pushed a paw to the frist electronic menu, (wich happend to be the weight settings), to 750 pounds. He reached to the second electronic menu, (wich happend to be the resistance settings), to 200% normal, half of a tank. He backed up from the sled, ran at his top speed while trying to stay rooted, the slammed with full force into the sled, the sled moved a few feet, but pushed back with double the force wich it was hit with. He stood his ground, he backed up still arms grasping on to the sled, charged in again moveing it only a few inches, and repeated over and over again untill it was all the way aginst the wall. When it was aginsts the wall it would automaticaly reset at 50 pounds heaver and 10% more resistance. Ragrok kept this process up for two long hours, when he was done he stepped back and took a look at what his final weight/resistance was set at. The menus read: 'Weight of Sled: 1000 LBS, Resistance: 250%'. This was quite a feat considering that he was poorly rooted due to the power suppressor, and the fact that he was only going by his natural strength.
Ragrok stepped back from the sleds and moved over to a punching bag filled with sandstone, sand, and a small ammount of lead. He punched at this repeatedly for a long while, he took a break every 35 minutes or so to keep hydrated, after all even he needs water. The water tasted bad, but was better than nothing, he went back to punching untill someone came in te gym, or atleast noticed him.
((I'll keep that in mind! ^^))

Lily glanced up at Nurse Shepherd's comment about her smoking, fully prepared to unleash a full barrage of angsty teen scorn. But before she could, it hit her that this wasn't some solicitous twit...this was Nurse Shepherd. Unctious admonitions and babbling platitudes just weren't something that were going to come out of her mouth. Lily's face registered what might almost be called a smile.
The smile (and her blood) froze for a moment when Nurse Shepherd went on to tell her to report in for a "checkup." What did she know? Was it bad? A lump formed in the pit of her stomach, cold and malevolent.
"Yeah...I'll stop by. I'm..." Lily's voice trailed off for a moment, then she seemed to change mental directions slightly. "Haven't had a checkup in a while."
"And in this moment, I will not run.
It is my place to stand.
We few shall carry hope
Within our bloodied hands."
