both look good , my only concern with using the new pieces is that everyone and their brother will look simialar for the first month

aye...I thought about that too. another concern I have is that given the pieces and the way they are set up in game tough to find good combinations that "work". I looked at using just the top with solid blue pants but the white beltline is a bit tough to work in a look decent. admittedly I didnt try every combination, but those I did try just made it stand out and look "off" all the more.
I dunno...I'll try fiddling a lil more with it latter. I keep trying to imagine it with wings versus cape... 
also...agreed...everyone and their dog will be in it initially...but I can deal with a month of clones, especially since WP is effectively on Hiatus till wings come out.
side note...to upgrade supersuit cost a pretty penny at 200k+~

My vote is ultimately for the GvE suit. I think it streamlines better and has more of the character's feel to it.

I have to agree with all of you. it is more "in character"...but what I also like about it is that it actually looks more like real clothing versus spandex. the pick doesnt show it to well but the piping stands out on the legs and there are multiple layes in the top. thus lending to the illusion that it is thick cloth versus the ever durable supersuit spandex.
I may play with the mask for a bit....but this is still mainly due to the "newness factor". more than likely wont change put I'll need to peek around.
sidenote: didnt find the forehead goggles in my first pass. not that I would use them for WP...just a lil sidenote is all.~

the new suits are nice...I also liked the new gloves, boots and shoulder pieces. of them, just is my favorite "look" but then I have always favored to more upstanding looks versus dark.
the gloves, boots and should lend themselves to mixing an matchin...but the suits themselves....not so much. Sinister seems to have the best combo choices. the way Justice is set up makes it tough...it the beltline area that makes it tough as it shows with most belts and thus makes it stand out if the pants are of a different set.... but that's just my initial reaction.
on the whole...loving em and looking forward to more costume bits....more is better after all
in regards to the samurai, or any vet reqard...have to wait for I8 to go live...othrwise should be interesting what it offers for individual pieces. I suspect it will be alot like justice. suit itself will be tough to mix and mactch...but the boots, gloves shoulders and helm will be able to go with a bunch of ideas.
now...if we could only import out own images.....oooooo.....~

...or you could get the online code for like 10 bucks. personally, besides being an impatient lil nerd I also liked the idea of having backup discs with material through I7. given I am on dial up I would hate to use my old discs and then find I have to wait days for the download to complete....

...ah....on the PlayNC site. you upgrade there. simple and quick. once done they shoot an email to ya saying the upgrade is complete. total time taken...maybe 5 minutes from logging in to receiving email.~

so...for multiple reason I went out to the ole local wally world and low and bhold GvE was waiting on the shelf for me. rushing home and tearing open the package like I was 7 at christmas I quickly upgraded my account. after a short session in icons, getting used to wear all the new lil costume bits hide...I logged over to my namesake whiteperegrine. I made a few changes and the following is what we find:
