Live by the sword (Semi-open RP)
Experiment sighed as the whirlwind of machinery and such started heading toward them. "Oh my! My favorite form of work is turning against me!"
He flew through the air, twirling and spinning like a maniac. He hulking piece of metal flew toward him, as he landed on it, and jumped off toward the red-skinned ninja. He came down, spines at the ready, mainly to poison him with a neurotoxin. No point in killing if there is some information to obtain...
A wave of brilliant light surged through the room at the two strange ninjas. Hallucinogen's Phantasm had arrived.
He is so lazy. He makes me do everything.
((Im waiting on Khell to respond before I resume the other fight.))
The female ninja narrowed her eyes in anger as she watched the TacOp try to sneak past her by not really doing much sneaking((I did say she was guarding the door but I might not have been clear on the scene itself. The place the other guys are fighting is inside after walking down a few halls so its not right at the door.)). You dare mock the great Fuijin Daitengu!? she shouted as she swatted with her fan. A strong hurricane force gale kicked up to throw the TacOp against one of the walls leading inside.
((Also, Ill assume the phantasm teleported inside right?))
There was a flash and suddenly Archlich was behind the green ninja with both hands pressed to the ninja's back.
"Die in agony," Archlich said as he focused a horrendous blast of energy through his hands and into the ninja. The close contact would only exaberate the damage about to be dealt.

((Okay, you know, since Andrew is hurtling through the air, if Archlich doesn't move (or the ninja deflects Andrew) Archlich is gonna get impaled.
This should be interesting.))
OOC: No worries.

((Why no worries? Im the GM! Theres a reason to worry right there.))
The green skinned shinobi was expecting Andrews attack to be deflected by the invisible force but for some reason, the shield was gone. Andrews sword impaled him just in time for Archlich to come from behind and get his hands sliced into as the energy flowed into the ninja. A combination of the two attacks colliding and the strange aura about the room caused Archlichs energy to explode, engulfing all three of them((the ninja, Archlich and Andrew. Why? Because Im the GM! MWAHAHAHA!)) and threw them all in opposite directions.
The red skinned ninja was recovering from the explosion when 2.0 came barreling at him with poisoned tipped spines. The spines injected the ninja before he could recover but the ninja quickly flew away before being further injured. Before 2.0 could follow through with another attack, a blast of sand came from behind and smashed him against a wall. Akikaze, Namikaze....youre being careless, said a low scratchy voice from the now damaged entry way.
Akikaze, the green skinned ninja slowly pushed himself up, holding his midsection as blood flowed from his wound. Then you fight them Sunako. I need a minute to heal.

((Not sure what the phantasm actually did but...))
When the phantasm materialized after it teleported, it found itself outside of the laboratory gates instead of inside. There were magic runes on the door and gate that faintly glowed, indicating they had recently performed some kind of action. Fuijin took notice a split second after it appeared but would soon prepare an attack for the thing as well.
Experiment slid down the wall to a kneeling position, holding himself up with his hand on the wall until he oriented himself.
"Okay... I am completely fine... Okay, I do NOT see floating numbers and calculaters... doing things they shouldn't be doing."
He stood, shaking slightly, before rubbing his back where the sand had pushed him against the wall. "Ugh... Who the hell uses sand anymore? It is like saying 'Oh, well, I COULD throw a devestating whirlwind at you, or I could lift the sand from the sandbox and piledrive you into the wall... SAND!'" he muttered in an annoyed tone, preparing to be attacked.
Andrew was blown back by the explosion into a wall, hitting it so one of his antennas ((antennai? I'm not sure.)) broke off. He got up grabbing his head as small plumes of green exhaust came from the detached antenna. It lifted itself up and placed itself on Andrew's head, good as new. ((regen!)) Andrew brought his liuyedao to bear, then realized he had lost it in the blast. A quick scan around the room, it was nowhere to be seen. Well, crap. Now what.
As the green ninja ran off, holding his middle, Andrew shot a taser dart at him from his arm in hopes that it would stun him, then looked at the new arrival. "Who are you? Why did you send those ninjas?" Andrew hoped he could stall him until he found his sword.
((Antennae. ))

As Andrew's sword suddenly exited out of the ninja's back right in between Archlich's hands, the mage knew something was wrong. But even a being as powerful as he is unable to stop a spell once its energy has begun to flow. The resulting explosion slammed Archlich against the wall, which dented and bent under the impact. Smoke wreathed the area that the three had originally been and a slight metallic dinging came from the spot that the ninja had stood.
"I am not pleased," Archlich rasped from within the cloud of smoke.
As he stepped forward, coming into sight, it was revealed that his Silver Knight armor was almost completely blown away. The only parts of it left were the greaves and a single shoulder piece. Underneath that armor lay Archlich's normal, black, rune enscribed plate mail, untouched by the explosion. His blue eyes blazed as he looked at the three ninjas.
"I will not tolerate you impeding my goal!" he shouted and threw his arms forward, sending a wave of force at Sunako and Namikaze.

((Okay. . . I think I was somewhat confused, but. The Phantasm can't get where it wants to go. Thusly. . .))
The Phantasm vanished; Hal had dismissed it.
I cannot go any further. There is some sort of magical ward. . .
"Figures. . ." Hal said. "Ugh. . . I wish I knew what was going on. . ."
((Well, it was kind of a clue that any attempts to teleport into or out of the lab are thwarted but you know how I am...I'm not going to just come out and say it...))
You fools failed, Sunako growled to the other two ninja while he drew his blade and sliced through the energy assault.
Apparently affected by the toxins, Namikaze was hit and knocked out of the air. Or so it may seem, Namikaze muttered as he pushed himself up from the last attack.
Im out of here, Akikaze shouted then threw a swarm of leaf blades at 2.0. Without another word, he quickly flew for the exit.
At the same time, Sunako performed a series of hand signs, ending in the sign of the lion. The glass scattered on the floor changed into sand and danced up into the air just before crashing into the ground, cracking the floor. The first floor of the laboratory shook and then collapsed(at least for that room) causing all to begin a two stories tall fall.
A bit surprised for the casual dismissal and counter of his attack, Archlich fell for about ten feet before muttering the words of a featherfall spell, causing him to drift the rest of the way in peace. As a side thought, he extended the spell to his two allies, figuring that they'd rather kill the ninjas first and that their help would be useful for the time being.

Experiment gasped as the floor shook, launching himself into the air, only to be cut by the leaf-blades. He gripped the cuts on his side and face, beginning to fall below the ground.
He fired a spine upward, attempting to catch onto the ninja that had just appeared, an almost invisible organic line allowing the hero to either pull the ninja down also, or swing out of the downward tunnel.
His question unanswered, Andrew was about to fire another dark volley when the floor collapsed. He would have dug his sword into the wall, but, y'know, he lost it. He was bracing for impact when he felt Silver's spell surround him. Wait a second, if his armor was blasted off so easily- and, not only that, it was covering more armor- who is this guy? Ah well, I'll ask him after this, uh... ninja? Sorceror? Is taken care of.
((Okay, so, since Andrew couldn't find his liuyedao to begin with, and now the floor collapsed, it's gonna be buried. I'm gonna need a new sword, methinks.))
2.0 was successful in snaring Sunakos leg with the line and Sunako was nearly pulled down until Akikaze flew to him and grabbed Sunako by the arm. The leaves Akikaze threw earlier were dancing and flying back around to cut the line to free Sunako.
Its time to go. Weve done enough, Namikaze told the two and redirected his gaze up to the ceiling. Howling Wolf Palm! Namikaze thrust his palm up and what followed was a wind so quick and powerful, the movement of air was visible. The explosion of air opened a hole in the ceiling for the three to escape while the ceiling around the hole cracked and collapsed onto Archlich, Andrew and 2.0
The three ninja seemingly disappeared in a stealthy wind.
((What's with all the crap burying us? You really don't want me to find my sword, do you? :P
Also, if there isn't a ninja-pirate-zombie-robot at some point in the plot, this thread fails. :P))
Andrew lightly landed on the ground, cushioned by the "Silver Knight"'s spell. His spell did not, however, cushion him from the ceiling that fell on him. Andrew was knocked flat on his stomach, with one of his legs jammed in an awkward position. It really hurt, so Andrew assumed it to be broken. His systems would do some moderate repairs on it, but he'd have to go to the shop to get it fully repaired. Hopefully the shop didn't get exploded with the rest of the lab they'd seen so far.
Andrew was stronger than normal, but he still wasn't super-strong, and was unable to move the large chunk of ceiling off himself. "Can someone please help me? I'm stuck." His voice sounded flatter than normal in all the insulator dust.
((I'm assuming that, since this is a lab, the ceiling is made of some sort of metal and not just wood. Cause it'd be pretty pathetic for Andrew to get suck under some wood. I mean, yeah, a big beam, but he's like 3 feet tall, he could slide out.))
Archlich landed and immidiately redirected his attention upward. As the ceiling fell, Archlich quickly figured he'd only be able to destroy the bit about to fall on him, which he did without a twinge of consience over the other two. A focused burst of energy cut one falling plate of metal in two while a pair of follow up blasts knocked those two plates away into other chunks of rubble, leaving Archlich in the middle of a small clear zone when the rubble finished landing. Hearing Andrew's complaint, Archlich drew a pair of runes in the air that flashed purple. The beam pinning the android down started glowing the same color and lifted itself up.
"You have ten seconds to get out from under there," Archlich rasped to Andrew as he looked at their newest surroundings.

((Just so you guys know, I've run into some financial problems. My sub runs out tomorrow, and I'm not gonna renew it for a couple weeks, I think. So, yeah, I'm gonna give rights to Andrew over to Leo, starting tomorrow. No using him til then, though. :P
Leo, if you could do me a big favor? If you're not sure how Andrew would respond or what he'd do, email me. I'll PM you my address.))
Andrew quickly rolled out of the way as the "Silver Knight" held the beam overhead. He stood up with some difficulty and braced himself on a tall bit of rubble. "Thanks, I owe you one."
Andrew grabbed his leg and jerked it around, putting it in its correct position. Green exhaust plumes rose from the injured regions. It would be functional very shortly.
Andrew took a look around the room, or what was left of it. It was mostly covered in rubble. It would take some digging to find out what this place once was.
Suddenly, Andrew remembered 2.0. He hoped the reporter was okay, though he supposed him to be buried as well. Andrew walked over to a likely corner and moved some rubble around, trying to figure out what was beneath it.
As a piece of rubble lifted from him thanks to Andrew, an arm formed from an entirely red ball of armour. "...Is there any more roof ready to collapse?" came a voice from inside the ball, which then started spinning quickly to rid itself of the rest of the rubble thanks to the moving space allowed.
A hissing sound lead to the ball jumping open, revealing a blue eyed, blonde haired hero with a star-shot designed cape dusting himself off. "Okay, so, as I said at the entrance... Something is most DEFINATELY wrong here." he muttered, lowering the neck of his trench coat below his paneled armour.
The new floor they were on seemed more magical in appearance, unlike the above floor which was mostly technology enhanced by a bit of magic. There were just shelves of books around containing basic spells and things but mostly collapsed ceiling.
In an adjacent room(that still had a ceiling), there were tables of random magic items(like crystals, necklaces and stuff) cluttered about but one item seemed to stand out. A light grey candle, unlit, lying with a few scattered notes.
(([EDIT] You can e-mail me your responses if you'd like at kojicon@hotmail.com or use instant message to chat with me. If not I'll just downplay Andrew, just doing the basics.))
((The TacOps is outside cowering in the bush.))
The TacOps heard the commotion inside, and flicked off the safety on his rifle.
He slowly stepped to the open door, peering in at the scene.
Ninjas?
He might just wait to see who won...
